NORTH EAST CARGO LINK II PROJECT IN A NUTSHELLDevelopment project in Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007–2013. Duration: 2010–2013Budget: approx. 2,7 M€. 22 partners from all Midnordic regions, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
The activities proposed are focusing on… • improvement of roads• improvement of railways• intermodal solutions • development of an ICT system for optimization of goods
transport in the corridor and • the project will contribute to a sustainable, environmentally
friendly Midnordic east-west “Green corridor”.
