- Siamo orgogliosi di averLa come cliente.-Questo manuale è parte integrante del libretto “Uso e manutenzione della motrice GT” e “Uso e manutenzione della motrice GTS”.- Prima della messa in funzione l’operatore dovrà studiare attentamente il presente manuale e quello relativo alla motrice, sia per una migliore comprensione del funzionamento dell’attrezzatura sia per i suggerimenti riguar-danti l’uso e la manutenzione contenuti in entrambi i libretti. - L’attrezzatura è stata studiata e realizzata per il miglior lavoro nelle più disparate condizioni; come sempre la qualità del lavoro è in relazione alla manutenzione ordinaria eseguita.- Per specifiche informazioni e consigli d’uso non contenute in questo libretto si rivolga al Rivenditore, il quale sarà lieto di aiutarla rispondendo alle Sue domande sull’uso e manutenzione di questa attrezzatura.

NOTE PER LO SMALTIMENTO DEL PRODOTTO VALIDE PER LA COMUNITÀ EUROPEAIn caso di smaltimento dell’attrezzatura attenersi alle normative vigenti nel Paese di utilizzo.Abbandonando il prodotto nell’ambiente si potrebbero creare gravi danni all’ambiente stesso. Nel caso il prodotto contenga delle batterie è necessario rimuoverle prima di procedere allo smal-timento. Queste ultime debbono essere smaltite separatamente in altri contenitori in quanto con-tenenti sostanze altamente tossiche. Il simbolo rappresentato in figura rappresenta il bidone dei rifiuti urbani ed è tassativamente vietato riporre l’apparecchio in questi contenitori.

6. NORME DI SICUREZZAL’OPERATORE PRUDENTE E’ IL MIGLIOR OPERATOREMolti incidenti possono essere evitati osservando le precauzioni indicate in questo libretto.PARTE GENERALE1) Leggete attentamente il manuale in ogni sua parte. E’ fatto assoluto divieto l’utilizzo dell’attrezzatura al personale

che non abbia letto e compreso il presente manuale.2) Ogni volta prima dell’uso ispezionate l’attrezzatura in ogni sua parte e prestate attenzione a malfunzionamenti, bullo-

ni e viti allentate, spazzole, e altre parti danneggiate o non ben fissate. E’ fatto assoluto divieto l’uso dell’attrezzatura non in perfette condizioni, quindi prima dell’uso intervenite eseguendo le operazioni di controllo e manutenzione consigliate.

3) Famigliarizzate con tutte le parti ed i controlli dell’attrezzatura prima della messa in moto.4) L’uso dell’attrezzatura è consentito a una sola persona adulta e consapevole. Non permettere l’uso a bambini e

adolescenti. Evitate di utilizzare l’attrezzatura in condizioni fisiche non idonee.

5) Tenere persone e cose a distanza di sicurezza come prescritto successivamente.6) Utilizzate solo parti e accessori forniti da Noi e non permettete nessuna modifica o trasformazione. Per informazioni

contattate il Vs. Rivenditore.7) Riapplicare di nuovo tutte le decalcomanie di sicurezza e ammonimento danneggiate, illeggibili o mancanti.

Controllate la lista delle decalcomanie nella apposita sezione di sicurezza. Mantenere pulite le decalcomanie da fango, sporcizia e polvere.

8) Tenete mani, piedi e voi stessi lontani da ogni parte in movimento.

E’ responsabilità dell’operatore leggere attentamente il manuale e capire il corretto procedimento operativo dell’attrezzatura, di lubrificare e di mantenere l’attrezzatura secondo le istruzioni di questo manuale.L’operatore è responsabile del controllo della sua attrezzatura e della sostituzione e riparazione delle parti soggette a continua usura che potrebbero causare danni ad altre persone. L’operatore è responsabile dei danni cagionati a terzi, a se stesso e a cose, dall’uso improprio dell’attrezzatura ed in contrasto alle indicazioni riportate su questo manuale.Mai consentire l’uso dell’attrezzatura a bambini e adolescenti. Eventuali normative locali possono fissare un’età minima per l’operatore.Utilizzare solo attacchi, parti e accessori studiati e forniti dalla Nostra azienda per lo specifico modello da Voi acquistato; per informazioni rivolgersi al vostro Rivenditore. E’ fatto quindi assoluto divieto di eseguire trasformazioni e modifiche sull’attrezzatura non previste da questo libretto.L’OPERATORE NELL’USO DELLA MACCHINA DEVE OSSERVARE SCRUPOLOSAMENTE LE NORME DI SICUREZZA CONTENUTE IN QUESTO LIBRETTO, LE NORME DI PREVENZIONE DEGLI INFORTUNI, ALTRE NORME DI SICUREZ-ZA GENERICHE, LE DISPOSIZIONI DELLE AUTORITA’ COMPETENTI.

5. RESPONSABILITA’ DELL’OPERATORE

L’attrezzatura intercambiabile modello “Spazzatrice Diserbo - WBRH” è un’attrezzatura per il diserbo meccanicoper l’eliminazione delle erbe infestanti.E’ destinata ad essere montata sulle macchine della serie GT e GTS.L’attrezzatura è destinata prevalentemente ad un uso professionale.Le attrezzature intercambiabili possono operare solo se installate su una macchina multifunzione della serie GT,GTS o tra quelle approvate esplicitamente dalle Officine Bieffebi S.p.a.Utilizzare solo attacchi, parti ed accessori forniti dalla nostra azienda per lo specifico modello da voi acquistato.Le Officine Bieffebi S.p.a. non si ritengono responsabili se tale attrezzatura viene montata su altre motrici. Tale impiego è assolutamente vietato.

3. DESTINAZIONE D’USO

Non sono consentiti gli usi non indicati all’interno del paragrafo “Destinazione d’uso”.- Un uso dell’attrezzatura diverso da quello previsto dal presente manuale è assolutamente vietato.- E’ fatto assoluto divieto eseguire trasformazioni e modifiche sull’attrezzatura non previste dal presente ma-

nuale.- E’ fatto assoluto divieto l’uso dell’attrezzatura non in perfette condizioni, prima dell’uso eseguire le operazioni

di controllo e manutenzione consigliate.- E’ tassativamente vietato usare l’attrezzatura senza che essa sia correttamente montata.- E’ fatto assoluto divieto manomettere le etichette di sicurezza.- L’uso dell’attrezzatura è consentito solo ad una persona adulta e responsabile. E’ vietato usare l’attrezzatura

in condizioni fisiche non idonee.

4. USI PREVEDIBILI NON CONSENTITI

TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE, DI PULIZIA E DI MONTAGGIO/SMONTAGGIO DELL’ATTREZ-ZATURA DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITE DA PERSONALE ESPERTO. LA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE IN PIA-NO, CON LA PRESA DI FORZA DISINSERITA E CON IL FRENO DI STAZIONAMENTO INSERITO. IL MOTORE DEVE ESSERE SPENTO E LA CHIAVE DEVE ESSERE TOLTA.

9) Non usate l’attrezzatura senza protezioni e coperchi nella giusta posizione e in buone condizioni.Non impiegare l’attrezzatura se i dispositivi di sicurezza non sono in perfetta efficienza.Non manomettere mai per alcun motivo i dispositivi di sicurezza.

10) Se colpite o agganciate un oggetto fermate immediatamente l’attrezzatura, disattivare la presa di forza, spegnere il motore, appoggiate l’attrezzatura a terra e controllatela in ogni sua parte. Prima di ripartire assicuratevi di aver ripristinato le condizioni per un funzionamento ottimale dell’attrezzatura.

11) Quando non utilizzate l’attrezzatura, disattivate la PTO* (*Presa di forza che mette in azione l’attrezzatura), abbas-sate l’attrezzatura facendola appoggiare a terra, spegnete il motore e togliete la chiave.

12) Prima di eseguire le operazioni di manutenzione sull’attrezzatura assicurarsi che la stessa sia spenta e scollegata dalla macchina.

13) Utilizzate l’attrezzatura ad una velocità compatibile con le esigenze di sicurezza, le caratteristiche del modello usato e delle condizioni della carreggiata.

15) Nell’uso e manutenzione dell’attrezzatura indossate un abbigliamento adeguato: occhiali, guanti ed altri indumenti, calzature antinfortunistiche e antiscivolo di protezione.

16) Utilizzare l’attrezzatura in condizioni di visibilità buone.17) Tutti i conducenti devono ricevere una formazione professionale e pratica.18) Durante le fasi di lavoro, indossare sempre calzature resistenti e pantaloni lunghi. Non utilizzare l’attrezzatura

quando si è a piedi scalzi o si indossano sandali.19) Ispezionare a fondo l’area nella quale deve essere utilizzata l’attrezzatura e rimuovere tutti gli oggetti che

potrebbero essere lanciati dalla stessa.20) Disinnestare sempre la presa di forza durante le fasi di trasferimento della macchina.21) Ogni volta che l’utilizzatore lascia, anche temporaneamente, la macchina deve azionare il freno di staziona-

mento e disinnestare la PTO.22) Durante la fase di retromarcia prestare molta attenzione a ostacoli ed in particolare a persone.

8. TRASPORTO E SCARICOL’attrezzatura è pesante e può provocare seri danni da schiacciamento.Caricarla e scaricarla con cautela.Trasportare l’attrezzatura su un rimorchio omologato.Durante il trasporto, fissare l’attrezzatura con dispositivi omologati come cinghie, catene o funi.N.B.: SE LA MACCHINA È IMBALLATA E POSTA SOPRA AL PROPRIO PALLET È POSSIBILE MOVIMEN-TARLA CON IL MULETTO. PORTATA MINIMA 100 KG.NEL CASO NON SIA POSTA SUL PALLET, MOVIMENTARE LA SPAZZOLA CON FASCE IDONEE.FARE ATTENZIONE CHE IL BARICENTRO (PUNTO D’INTERSEZIONE LINEE NERE TRATTEGGIATE) NON CORRISPONDE CON LA MEZZERIA.

12. MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA

Dovendo eseguire operazioni di manutenzione, impiegare esclusivamente ricambi originali, per garantireall’attrezzatura sempre la massima affidabilità. Per i ricambi rivolgersi ad un nostro rivenditore autorizzato.Prima di eseguire le operazioni di manutenzione, prendere completa visione delle indicazioni fornite nelparagrafo “NORME DI SICUREZZA”.Verificare periodicamente la funzionalità di tutti i comandi dell’attrezzatura.

12.2 SOSTITUZIONE SPAZZOLA FRONTALE1) Spegnere la macchina2) Appoggiare la spazzola sopra ad un supporto.3) Svitare gli otto bulloni indicati.4) Sostituire la spazzola con una nuova.5) Rimontare gli 8 bulloni smontati in precedenza.

Assicurarsi che le viti siano ben strette.

12.3 INGRASSAGGIOIngrassare lo snodo della spazzola e il cilindro tramite gli appositi ingrassatori indicati in figura.

12.4 PULIZIA DELL’ATTREZZATURAPer pulire l’attrezzatura usare esclusivamente un getto di aria compressa.Per togliere le incrostazioni che si possono formare all’interno della scocca della spazzatrice, usare una spatola.

10. MONTAGGIO DELLA SPAZZATRICE1) Nel caso in cui alla macchina sia montata un’altra attrezzatura, rimuoverla.2) Smontare dall’attrezzatura i due perni puntalini di sicurezza con relativa coppiglia.3) Avvicinare la spazzola alla macchina.4) Accoppiare i suoi bracci ai rispettivi bracci di sollevamento della macchina e agganciarli.5) Inserire i puntalini di sicurezza e relative coppiglie.6) Allacciare le tubazioni idrauliche dell’attrezzatura alle prese delle elettrovalvole. Collegare le tubazioni di questeultime alle prese AUX poste sul lato destro della macchina. Collegare le tre tubazioni (mandata, ritorno edrenaggio) del motore alle prese PTO poste sul lato sinistro della macchina.7) Bloccare le tubazioni collegate alle prese AUX alla piastrina posta al lato destro della macchina.8) Collegare l’estremità del cablaggio e la presa bipolare.9) Mettere i fermi ai cilindri sullo scarico cesto.10) Sollevare l’attrezzatura e rimuovere i piedi di supporto.

INATTIVITÀ ATTREZZATURANel caso in cui la spazzatrice idraulica debba rimanere inutilizzata per parecchio tempo è conveniente eseguire alcune operazioni per garantire l’efficienza al riutilizzo e la durata nel tempo della stessa:1) Pulire accuratamente.2) Eseguire un controllo generale dello stato della scocca, delle parti meccaniche della spazzatrice.3) Eseguire,se necessitano, le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria precedentemente descitte.4) Immagazzinare l’attrezzatura in un luogo asciutto e ben ventilato. Se possibile sollevarla dal terreno affinchè le spazzole centrali non rimangano schiacciate dal peso della spazzatrice stessa.5) Coprire con un telo impermeabile.

this manual is expressly forbidden.2) Before using the attachment, always inspect it thoroughly. Pay attention to any malfunctioning and to loose bolts,

screws or brushes, as well as any other parts that may be damaged or loose. Use of the attachment is prohibited unless it is in perfect working order, so always carry out the recommended checks and maintenance before using it.

3) Learn to recognise all the single parts and the necessary checks before starting up the attachment.4) The attachment must only be used by informed adults. Do not allow children or teenagers to use it.

Do not use the attachment if you are in poor physical condition.5) Keep people and objects at a safe distance, as explained further on.6) Use only parts and accessories supplied by us, and do not allow any modification or transformation to be made. For

more information, contact your dealer.7) If the safety and warning signs are damaged, illegible or missing, have them replaced.

5. OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY

The interchangeable attachment - “Weeding Sweeper - WBRH model” - is a mechanical device for removing weeds.It's designed to be fitted on machines of the GT and GTS ranges.The attachment is designed primarily for professional use.The interchangeable attachments only work when installed on a multi-purpose machine of the GT or GTS range, or other machines explicitly approved by Officine Bieffebi S.p.A.Use only the couplings, parts and accessories supplied by our company for the specific model you have pur-chased.Officine Bieffebi S.p.A. cannot be held liable if the attachment is fitted on other machines. This procedure is expressly forbidden.

3. USE

Any type of use not indicated in the “Use” section is not allowed.- The use of the attachment in any way other than as explained in this manual is expressly forbidden.- Any transformation or modification of the attachment not envisaged by this manual is prohibited.- Use of the attachment is prohibited unless it is in perfect working order. Before using it, carry out the recom-

mended checks and maintenance.- The use of an correctly mounted attachment is expressly forbidden.- Tampering with the safety labels is expressly forbidden.- The attachment must only be used by responsible adults. It is forbidden for the operator to use the attachment

if he is in an unsuitable physical condition.

ALL THE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND MOUNTING/DEMOUNTING OF THE ATTACHMENT MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY SKILLED PERSONNEL. WHEN THESE TASKS ARE BEING PERFORMED, THE MACHINE MUST BE IN AN EVEN POSITION AND WITH THE POWER SUPPLY DISCONNECTED AND THE PARKING BRAKE ENGAGED. THE MOTOR MUST BE SWITCHED OFF AND THE KEY REMOVED.

10) If you hit or pick up an object, stop the machine straight away. Disconnect the power supply and switch off the motor, then lay the attachment on the ground and check it thoroughly. Before starting it up again, make sure the best working conditions have been restored.

11) When you're not using the attachment, disable the PTO* (*power take-off that activates it) and lower it to the ground. Switch off the motor and remove the key.

12) Before carrying out any maintenance work on the attachment, make sure it's switched off and disconnected from the machine.

13) Use the attachment at a speed compatible with the safety requirements, the characteristics of the model used, and the road conditions.

15) When using and servicing the attachment, wear suitable clothing: goggles, gloves and other items, along with slip-proof accident prevention shoes.

16) Use the attachment in conditions of good visibility.17) All operators must receive professional, practical training.18) While working, always wear resistant footwear and long trousers. Don't use the attachment while wearing

sandals or in bare feet.19) Carefully inspect the area where the attachment is to be used, removing any objects that the attachment

might pick up and launch.20) Always disconnect the power supply when moving the machine from one area to another.21) Whenever you leave the machine unattended, even just for a moment, engage the parking brake and dis-

connect the power supply.22) Pay particular attention to people and obstacles when making reverse movements.

8. TRANSPORT AND UNLOADINGThe attachment is heavy and can lead to serious crushing injuries.Load and unload it with caution.Transport the attachment on a type-approved trailer.During transportation, hold the attachment in place with the aid of type-approved belts, chains or ropes.NB: IF THE MACHINE IS PACKAGED AND PLACED ON ITS PALLET, IT CAN BE MOVED USING A FORK-LIFT (MINIMUM CAPACITY 100KG).IF IT ISN'T ON A PALLET, MOVE THE BRUSH USING SUITABLE STRAPS.BE CAREFUL - THE CENTRAL POINT OF THE MACHINE DOESN'T CORRESPOND TO ITS CENTRE OF GRAVITY (THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE DOTTED BLACK LINES).

12. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

When carrying out maintenance work, use only original spare parts to ensureoptimum attachment reliability. Contact an authorised dealer when you need to purchase spare parts.Before carrying out maintenance work, read the“SAFETY STANDARDS” section carefully.Make regular checks to ensure all the attachment commands are working properly.

12.2 REPLACING THE FRONT BRUSH1) Switch off the machine.2) Rest the brush on a support.3) Remove the 8 bolts indicated.4) Replace the old brush with a new one.5) Replace the 8 bolts.

Make sure the screws are well tightened.

12.3 GREASINGGrease the brush joint and the cylinder via the greasing nipples (indicated in the figure).

12.4 CLEANING THE ATTACHMENTUse only compressed air to clean the attachment.Use a spatula to remove the encrustations that may form inside the body of the brush.

10. ASSEMBLING THE SWEEPER1) If there is another attachment fitted on the machine, remove it.2) Remove the two safety pins from the attachment, with the relative split pins.3) Bring the brush close to the machine.4) Couple the attachment arms with the respective lifting arms on the machine.5) Insert the safety pins and relative split pins.6) Connect the hydraulic tubes of the attachment to the solenoid valve sockets. Connect the valve tubes to the AUX sockets on the right-hand side of the machine. Connect the three tubes (delivery, return and drainage) of the motor to the PTO sockets on the left-hand side of the machine.7) Block the tubes connected to the AUX sockets on the plate on the right-hand side of the machine.8) Connect the ends of the wires to the bipolar socket.9) Fix the restraints to the cylinders on the hopper dumper.10) Raise the attachment and remove the support feet.

13. SPECIAL MAINTENANCEContact an authorised workshop when special machine maintenance is needed.

14. ATTACHMENT LEFT UNUSEDIf the hydraulic sweeper is to be left unused for a long time, you are advised to follow these steps to ensure it remains in good working order for a long time:1) Clean it carefully.2) Make a general check of the condition of the bodywork and mechanical parts of the sweeper.3) If necessary, carry out the routine maintenance tasks described above.4) Store the attachment in a dry, well-aired place. Lift it off the ground if possible, so that the central brushes aren't crushed under the weight of the sweeper body.5) Cover it with a waterproof tarpaulin.

13) Utiliser l'équipement à une vitesse compatible avec les exigences de sécurité, les caractéristiques du modèle utilisé et l'état de la chaussée.

15) Pendant l'utilisation et l'entretien de l'équipement, porter des vêtements appropriés : lunettes, gants et autres vêtements, chaussures de sécurité et protection antidérapante.

16) Utiliser l'équipement dans de bonnes conditions de visibilité.17) Tous les conducteurs doivent recevoir une formation professionnelle et pratique appropriée.18) Pendant les phases de travail, toujours porter des chaussures résistantes et un pantalon long. Ne pas utiliser

12. ENTRETIEN ORDINAIRE

Pour les opérations d'entretien, utiliser uniquement des pièces de rechange d'origine afin d'assurerà l'équipement une fiabilité optimale. Pour les pièces de rechange, s'adresser à notre revendeur agréé.Avant d'effectuer les opérations d'entretien, lire attentivement les indications fournies auparagraphe « RÈGLES DE SÉCURITÉ ».Vérifier régulièrement le fonctionnement de toutes les commandes de l'équipement.

12.2 REMPLACEMENT BROSSE FRONTALE1) Éteindre la machine2) Poser la brosse sur un support.3) Dévisser les huit boulons indiqués.4) Remplacer la brosse par une neuve.5) Remonter les 8 boulons précédemment démontés.

S'assurer que les vis sont bien serrées.

12.3 GRAISSAGEGraisser le joint de la brosse et le vérin à l'aide des graisseurs spécifiques indiqués dans la figure.

12.4 NETTOYAGE DE L'ÉQUIPEMENTPour nettoyer l'équipement, utiliser uniquement un jet d'air comprimé.Pour éliminer les incrustations pouvant se former à l'intérieur de la coque la balayeuse, utiliser une raclette.

10. MONTAGE DE LA BALAYEUSE1) Dans le cas où un autre équipement serait installé sur la machine, le retirer.2) Démonter de l'équipement les deux goujons de sécurité avec leur goupille.3) Approcher la brosse de la machine.4) Accoupler ses bras aux bras de levage respectifs de la machine et les engager.5) Insérer les goujons de sécurité avec leur goupille.6) Raccorder les tuyaux hydrauliques de l'équipement aux prises des électrovannes. Raccorder les tuyaux de cesdernières aux prises AUX situées sur le côté droit de la machine. Raccorder les trois tuyaux (refoulement, retour et vidange) du moteur aux prises de la PTO situées sur le côté gauche de la machine.7) Bloquer les tuyaux raccordés aux prises AUX sur la plaquette située sur le côté droit de la machine.8) Raccorder l'extrémité du câblage et la prise bipolaire.9) Placer les fermoirs sur les vérins sur le dispositif de vidange du panier.10) Soulever l'équipement et enlever les pieds de support.

INACTIVITÉ DE L'ÉQUIPEMENTDans le cas où la balayeuse hydraulique serait inutilisée pendant une longue période, il est conseillé d'effectuer certaines opérations pour assurer l'efficacité de sa réutilisation et de sa durée :1) La nettoyer soigneusement.2) Effectuer un contrôle général de l'état de la coque et des parties mécaniques de la balayeuse.3) Effectuer, si nécessaire, les opérations d'entretien ordinaire décrites précédemment.4) Ranger l'équipement dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Die austauschbare Ausrüstung Modell “Unkrautvernichtungs-Kehrmaschine - WBRH” ist eine Ausrüstung für die mechanische Unkrautvernichtungfür die Beseitigung von Unkraut.Sie ist dazu ausgelegt, auf den Maschinen der Reihe GT und GTS montiert zu werden.Die Ausrüstung ist hauptsächlich für den professionellen Einsatz bestimmt.Die austauschbaren Ausrüstungen können nur arbeiten, wenn sie an einer Multifunktionsmaschine der Reihe GT,GTS oder an einer der ausdrücklich von Officine Bieffebi S.p.a. genehmigten Maschinen installiert sind.Verwenden Sie nur Anschlüsse, Teile und Zubehör, die von unserem Unternehmen für das von Ihnen erworbene Modell geliefert werden.Officine Bieffebi S.p.a. haftet nicht, wenn diese Ausrüstung an anderen Antrieben montiert wird. Diese Verwendung ist absolut verboten.

8) Die Hände, Füße und sich selbst entfernt von Teilen in Bewegungen halten.9) Die Ausrüstung nicht ohne Schutzvorrichtungen und Abdeckungen in der richtigen Position und in gutem Zustand

verwenden.Die Ausrüstung nicht verwenden, wenn die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen nicht absolut leistungsfähig sind.Niemals aus irgendeinem Grund die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen manipulieren.

10) Wenn Sie von einem Gegenstand getroffen werden, sofort die Ausrüstung anhalten, den Nebenantrieb deaktivieren, den Motor ausschalten, die Ausrüstung auf den Boden stellen und alle ihre Teile kontrollieren. Vor dem erneuten Start sicherstellen, dass die Bedingungen für einen optimalen Betrieb der Ausrüstung wieder hergestellt wurden.

11) Wenn die Ausrüstung nicht verwendet wird, den PTO* (*Nebenantrieb, der die Ausrüstung in Betrieb setzt), die Ausrüstung senken und auf dem Boden abstellen, den Motor ausschalten und den Schlüssel ziehen.

12) Vor den Wartungsarbeiten an der Ausrüstung sicherstellen, dass diese ausgeschaltet und von der Maschine ge-trennt ist.

13) Die Ausrüstung mit einer Geschwindigkeit verwenden, die den Sicherheitsanforderungen, den Eigenschaften des verwendeten Modells und den Fahrbahnbedingungen angemessen ist.

15) Bei der Verwendung und Wartung der Ausrüstung geeignete Kleidung tragen: Schutzbrille, Handschuhe und andere Kleidung, rutschsichere Arbeitsschuhe.

16) Die Ausrüstung unter guten Sichtbedingungen verwenden.17) Alle Fahrer müssen eine professionelle und praktische Ausbildung erhalten.18) Während der Arbeitsphasen, stets widerstandsfähige Schuhe und lange Hosen tragen. Die Ausrüstung nicht

verwenden, wenn Sie barfuß sind oder Sandalen tragen.19) Genau den Bereich untersuchen, in welchem die Ausrüstung verwendet werden soll und alle Gegenstände

entfernen, die von ihr aufgenommen werden könnten.20) Den Nebenantrieb während dem Transport der Maschine immer abschalten.21) Bei jedem Start, auch zeitweise, muss die Maschine die Feststellbremse betätigen und den PTO abschalten.22) Während dem Rückwärtsgang sehr genau auf Hindernisse und insbesondere Personen achten.

8. TRANSPORT UND ENTLADUNGDie Ausrüstung ist schwer und kann ernsthafte Schäden durch Quetschung verursachen.Laden und entladen Sie sie vorsichtig.Transportieren Sie die Ausrüstung auf einem zugelassenen Anhänger.Während dem Transport die Ausrüstung mit geeigneten Vorrichtungen wie Gurten, Ketten oder Seilen befestigen.HINWEIS: WENN DIE MASCHINE VERPACKT IST UND AUF IHRER PALETTE LIEGT, KANN SIE MIT DEM GABELSTAPLER BEWEGT WERDEN. 12. GEWÖHNLICHE WARTUNG

Für die Durchführung der Wartungsarbeiten ausschließlich Original-Ersatzteile verwenden, um sicherzu-stellen,dass die Ausrüstung stets die vollkommene Zuverlässigkeit bietet. Für Ersatzteile, wenden Sie sich an einen unserer autorisierten Händler.Vor den Wartungsarbeiten die Anweisungen im AbschnittSICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN komplett einsehen.Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Betrieb aller Bedienelemente der Ausrüstung.

12.2 AUSTAUSCH VORDERE BÜRSTE1) Die Maschine ausschalten2) Die Bürste auf eine Halterung legen.3) Die acht angegebenen Bolzen lösen.4) Die Bürste durch eine neue austauschen.5) Die 8 zuvor entfernten Bolzen wieder anbringen.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schrauben gut angezogen sind.

12.3 SCHMIERUNGSchmieren Sie das Gelenk der Bürste und den Zylinder mit entsprechenden Schmiermitteln, die in der Abbildung angegeben sind.

MONTAGE DER KEHRMASCHINE1) Wenn an der Maschine eine andere Ausrüstung montiert ist, diese entfernen.2) Die beiden Sicherheitsstifte mit dazugehörigem Anschlagstift von der Ausrüstung entfernen.3) Die Bürste zur Maschine bringen.4) Ihre Arme an die entsprechenden Hebearme der Maschine verbinden und einhaken.5) Die Sicherheitsstifte und die dazugehörigen Anschlagstifte einsetzen.6) Die Hydraulikleitungen der Ausrüstung an die Anschlüsse der Elektroventile befestigen. Die Leitungen der Elektroventilean die AUX-Anschlüsse auf der rechten Seite der Maschine anschließen. 13. AUSSERGEWÖHNLICHE WARTUNGFür die außergewöhnliche Wartung der Maschine wenden Sie sich ausschließlich an eine autorisierte Werkstatt.

14. INAKTIVITÄT DER AUSRÜSTUNGWenn die hydraulische Kehrmaschine für einen langen Zeitraum unbenutzt bleibt wird empfohlen einige Arbeiten durchzuführen, um die Leistung bei erneuter Inbetriebnahme sicherzustellen:1) Sorgfältig reinigen.2) Eine allgemeine Kontrolle des Zustands des Gehäuses, der mechanischen Teile der Bürste durchführen.3) Bei Bedarf die zuvor beschriebenen gewöhnlichen Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.4) Die Ausrüstung an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort lagern. Wenn möglich die Ausrüstung vom Boden anheben, so dass die mittleren Bürsten nicht von dem Gewicht der

Kehrmaschine zusammengedrückt werden.5) Mit wasserdichtem Stoff abdecken.

NOTAS PARA LA ELIMINACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO VÁLIDAS PARA LA COMUNIDAD EUROPEAPara la eliminación del equipo, atenerse a las normativas vigentes en el país de uso.No abandonar el producto en el medio ambiente, puesto que pueden contaminarlo gravemente. Si el producto contiene baterías, retirarlas antes de eliminarlo. Las baterías se deben eliminar por separado y depositar en otros contenedores, puesto que contienen sustancias de alta toxicidad. 6. NORMAS DE SEGURIDADEL OPERADOR PRUDENTE ES EL MEJOR OPERADORMuchos accidentes se podrían evitar con solo observar las precauciones indicadas en este manual.PARTE GENERAL1) Leer atentamente todo el manual. Se prohíbe terminantemente el uso del equipo al personal que no haya leído y

entendido el presente manual.2) Cada vez que se usa el equipo, controlar cada una de sus partes y prestar atención a posibles funcionamientos

incorrectos, pernos y tornillos flojos, cepillos y cualquier parte que evidencie algún tipo de daño o que no esté fijada correctamente. Se prohíbe terminantemente utilizar el equipo si no está en perfectas condiciones. Antes de usarlo, efectuar las operaciones de control y mantenimiento sugeridas.

3) Antes de poner en funcionamiento el equipo, el operador debe familiarizarse con todas las partes y controles.4) El equipo puede ser usado solo por una persona adulta y responsable. No permitir el uso a niños y adolescentes.

No utilizar el equipo si no se encuentra en perfectas condiciones físicas.5) Mantener a personas y cosas a una distancia de seguridad, tal como se indica a continuación.6) Utilizar solo partes y accesorios suministrados por nuestra empresa y no realizar ninguna modificación o transfor-

mación. Para más información, comunicarse con el revendedor.7) Reemplazar todas las calcomanías de seguridad y advertencia dañadas, ilegibles o faltantes.

Controlar la lista de las calcomanías en la sección de seguridad específica. Mantener las calcomanías libres de lodo, suciedad y polvo.

Es responsabilidad del operador leer atentamente el presente manual y entender la forma correcta de operar con el equipo, así como lubricarlo y mantenerlo según las instrucciones de este manual. El operador es res-ponsable del control del equipo, de la sustitución y reparación de las partes sujetas a continuo desgaste que podrían causar daños a otras personas. 5. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL OPERADOR

El equipo intercambiable modelo “Barredora Desmalezadora - WBRH” es una máquina para eliminar mecáni-camentelas malezas.Debe montarse en las máquinas de la serie GT y GTS.El equipo es mayormente de uso profesional.Los dispositivos intercambiables pueden operar solo si están instalados en una máquina multifunción de la serie GT,GTS u otras entre las aprobadas explícitamente por Officine Bieffebi S.p.a.Utilizar solo fijaciones, partes y accesorios suministrados por nuestra empresa para el modelo específico que Ud. ha adquirido.Los Talleres Bieffebi S.p.a. no se consideran responsables si dicho equipo se monta sobre otras unidades tractores. Este uso está terminantemente prohibido.

3. USO PREVISTO

No se permiten los usos que no han sido especificados en el apartado "Uso previsto".- Un uso del equipo distinto del previsto en el presente manual está absolutamente prohibido.- Se prohíbe terminantemente efectuar transformaciones o modificaciones en el equipo no previstas en el pre-

sente manual.- Se prohíbe terminantemente utilizar el equipo si no está en perfectas condiciones. Antes de usarlo, efectuar las

operaciones de control y mantenimiento sugeridas.- Se prohíbe terminantemente usar el equipo si no está perfectamente montado.- Se prohíbe terminantemente alterar las etiquetas de seguridad.- El equipo puede ser utilizado solo por una persona adulta y responsable. - Se prohíbe utilizar el equipo si el

operador no está en perfectas condiciones físicas.

4. USOS PREVISIBLES NO PERMITIDOS

TODAS LAS OPERACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO, LIMPIEZA Y MONTAJE/DESMONTAJE DEL EQUIPO DEBEN SER EJECUTADAS POR PERSONAL CAPACITADO. LA MÁQUINA DEBE ESTAR SOBRE UNA SU-PERFICIE PLANA, CON LA TOMA DE FUERZA DESACOPLADA Y CON EL FRENO DE ESTACIONAMIENTO APLICADO. EL MOTOR DEBE ESTAR APAGADO Y SIN LLAVE.

8) Mantener las manos, los pies y todo el cuerpo lejos de cualquier parte en movimiento.9) No utilizar el equipo sin protecciones y tapas colocadas correctamente y en buenas condiciones.

No utilizar el equipo si los dispositivos de seguridad no funcionan correctamente.Por ningún motivo, se deben alterar los dispositivos de seguridad.

10) En el caso de golpear o enganchar un objeto, detener inmediatamente el equipo, desactivar la toma de fuerza, apa-gar el motor, apoyar el equipo en el suelo y controlarlo completamente. Antes de arrancar nuevamente, asegurarse de haber restablecido las condiciones para el óptimo funcionamiento del equipo.

11) Cuando el equipo no se usa, desactivar la TDF* (*Toma de fuerza que acciona el equipo), bajarla hasta que se apoye en el suelo, apagar el motor y quitar la llave.

12) Antes de efectuar las operaciones de mantenimiento en el equipo, asegurarse de que esté apagado y desconec-tado de la máquina.

13) Utilizar el equipo a una velocidad compatible con las necesidades de seguridad, las características del modelo usado y las condiciones del camino.

15) Durante el uso y el mantenimiento del equipo utilizar indumentaria adecuada: gafas, guantes y otra indumen-taria, calzados de seguridad y antideslizante de protección.

16) Utilizar el equipo con una buena visibilidad.17) Todos los conductores deben estar capacitados y entrenados.18) Durante las fases de trabajo, utilizar siempre calzados resistentes y pantalones largos. No utilizar el equipo

con los pies descalzos o con sandalias.19) Inspeccionar a fondo el área donde se debe utilizar el equipo y retirar todos los objetos que podrían ser

arrojados por el mismo.20) Desconectar siempre la toma de fuerza durante las fases de desplazamiento de la máquina.21) Cada vez que el operador abandona, aunque sea solo temporalmente, la máquina, debe accionar el freno de

estacionamiento y desacoplar la TDF.22) Durante la fase de marcha atrás prestar mucha atención a los obstáculos y, especialmente, a la presencia

de personas.

8. TRANSPORTE Y DESCARGAEl equipo es pesado y puede provocar serios daños por aplastamiento.Cargarlo y descargarlo con cautela.Transportar el equipo sobre un remolque homologado.Durante el transporte, fijar el equipo con dispositivos homologados tales como correas, cadenas o cables.NOTA: SI LA MÁQUINA ESTÁ EMBALADA Y APOYADA SOBRE SU PROPIO PALET, SE PUEDE DESPLA-ZAR CON LA CARRETILLA ELEVADORA. CAPACIDAD MÍNIMA 100 KG.SI NO ESTUVIESE APOYADA EN EL PALET, MOVER EL CEPILLO CON CORREAS ADECUADAS.PRESTAR ATENCIÓN PORQUE EL BARICENTRO (PUNTO DE INTERSECCIÓN DE LAS LÍNEAS NEGRAS DE PUNTOS) NO COINCIDE CON LA LÍNEA MEDIA.

12. MANTENIMIENTO ORDINARIOPara las operaciones de mantenimiento, utilizar exclusivamente repuestos originales, para garantizarla máxima fiabilidad del equipo. Solicitar los repuestos a uno de nuestros revendedores autorizados.Antes de ejecutar las operaciones de mantenimiento, leer atentamente las indicaciones que se especi-fican en elapartado “NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD”.Controlar periódicamente que todos los mandos del equipo funcionen correctamente.

12.2 SUSTITUCIÓN CEPILLO FRONTAL1) Apagar la máquina2) Apoyar el cepillo sobre un soporte.3) Desenroscar los ocho pernos que se indican.4) Sustituir el cepillo con otro nuevo.5) Montar los 8 pernos desmontados anteriormente.

Asegurarse de que los tornillos estén apretados correctamente.

12.3 LUBRICACIÓNLubricar la articulación del cepillo y el cilindro mediante las graseras indicadas en la figura.

12.4 LIMPIEZA DEL EQUIPOPara limpiar el equipo usar exclusivamente un chorro de aire comprimido.Para quitar las incrustaciones que se pueden formar dentro del bastidor de la barredora, usar una espátula.

10. MONTAJE DE LA BARREDORA1) Si hay otro equipo montado en la máquina, retirarlo.2) Desmontar del equipo los dos pernos de los puntales de seguridad con su respectivo pasador.3) Acercar el cepillo a la máquina.4) Acoplar sus brazos a los respectivos brazos de elevación de la máquina y engancharlos.5) Introducir los puntales de seguridad y sus respectivos pasadores.6) Conectar las tuberías hidráulicas del equipo a las tomas de las electroválvulas. Conectar las tuberías de estasúltimas a las tomas AUX ubicadas en el lado derecho de la máquina. Conectar las tres tuberías (alimentación, retorno y drenaje) del motor a las tomas TDF ubicadas en el lado izquierdo de la máquina.7) Fijar las tuberías conectadas a las tomas AUX a la placa que se encuentra en el lado derecho de la máquina.8) Conectar los extremos del cableado y la toma bipolar.9) Poner los seguros a los cilindros en la descarga del contenedor.10) Levantar el equipo y retirar los pies de soporte.

13. MANTENIMIENTO EXTRAORDINARIOPara el mantenimiento extraordinario de la máquina, dirigirse exclusivamente a un taller autorizado.

14. INACTIVIDAD DEL EQUIPOSi la barredora hidráulica no se utiliza durante un período prolongado, se sugiere efectuar algunas operaciones que garanticen su eficiencia cuando se vuelva a utilizar y su duración en el tiempo:1) Limpiar minuciosamente.2) Efectuar un control general del estado del bastidor y de las partes mecánicas de la barredora.3) Si es necesario, efectuar las operaciones de mantenimiento ordinario indicadas anteriormente.4) Almacenar el equipo en un lugar seco y bien ventilado. Si es posible mantener la máquina levantada del suelo para que los cepillos centrales no sean aplastados por su propio peso.5) Cubrir con una lona impermeable.
