Open the Management Drives Viewer in a browser viewer.managementdrives.com. Chrome, Firefox and Safari give the best user experience. Insert your credentials and press login. The main menu will open automatically. Menu By pressing the menu button you are able to open and close the menu. The menu button is the icon with three stripes. Change language Click LANGUAGE, indicated with the flag of the current active language, to change the language. A new window appears with the available languages. Select the desired language. The menu will close. When you reopen the menu, the selected language is active. Search To search a participant or cluster press SEARCH in the main menu. Enter your search in the search field and press ‘Enter’ or the search button. The results are shown in alphabetical order and can contain clusters and participants. AddorremoveparticipantsYouareabletoaddorremoveparticipantsfromyourselection.Ifyouwouldliketoremoveaparticipantfromyouselection,clickonthe–iconnexttothenameoftheparticipant.Ifyouwanttodeselectalltheparticipants,clickonthexiconaboveyourparticipantselection.Ifyouwanttoaddaparticipanttoyourselection,clickonthe+iconnexttothenameoftheparticipant.Makesureyouseetheparticipantsinthesubgrouporclusterbyclickingonthearrowiconleftoftheclusterorsubgroupname.Ifyouwanttoaddtheentirecluster/subgrouptoyouselection,usethe+icon.Whenyouwanttoreplacetheselectionwithacluster/subgroup,clickonthearrowiconlocatedrightoftheclusterorsubgroupname.

Shortcut:browsethroughtheparticipantsTobrowsethroughtheparticipantsinindividualprofileviewyoucanusetheupanddownarrowkeys.Youcanalsouseapointerforthisshortcut. ShowgroupprofileYouareabletoshowthegroupprofileofalltheparticipantsinyourselection.Presstheiconwiththreepersonstoshowthecompletegroupprofile. OnColorselectionTomakeanadvancedcolorselectionwithinyourparticipantselectionyoucanusetheOnColourfunctionality.Clickontheroundiconwithpaintbucket.Anewwindowopenswhichyoucanusetomakeyourcolorselection. -Click‘1’toselecttheparticipantsthathavetheselectedcolorasfirstcolor.-Click‘H’theparticipantsthathaveahigherscorethenthestandarddeviationoftheaverageofthegroup.-Click‘L’toselecttheparticipantsthathavealowerscorethenthestandarddeviationoftheaverageofthegroup.-Click‘+’toselecttheparticipantsthatgainenergyontheselectedcolor.-Click‘-’toselecttheparticipantsthatloseenergyontheselectedcolor.Theparticipantswhoareinthecolorselectionareindicatedinabluebar.

HomescreenIfyoudon’twantanyprofilestobeshownonthescreenyoucanshowthehomescreen.ToquicklychangeyourscreenclickHOMESCREEN.Loadedclustersarestillactivebuttherewon’tbeaprofilevisibleonthescreen.Click‘participant’or‘graph’togetbacktoyoursession.ViewerOptionViewerinthemainmenushowsinformationaboutyouraccount,theversionoftheManagementDrivesViewerandotherusefulinformation.Ifthereisanupdateavailablethenyouwillbeabletodownloadithere.Thetext‘Softwareupdate’isshownandyouwillseearedindicatorinthemainmenu.
