    Outlook for MarchManhattan Beach real estate activity picked up in February with positive trending stats logged for totalsales, medial days to sell, listings, sales/listing ratio, and months of inventory. Although the mediansales price dropped about 9% based on a month-to-month comparison, the year-over-year statistic forFebruary shows a 63% improvement or $790,500K.

    With this in mind, expectations are high for March. The only possible drawback to better-than-averageperformance figures is what influence, if any, the tax season will have on buyers behavior. Though, theflip side to this coin is receiving a tax return and using the money to increase purchasing power. Thesound of this latter scenario I like!
