The designated authority in the college conducts the course/ facultyteaching feedback from students at the end of every semester. Thecompiled data is reviewed and analyzed by the Principal and AcademicDirector. Principal/ academic Director conveys the feedback to therespective Head of the departments and faculty members. When thesefeedbacks are discussed, it is expected that the faculty members take thefeedback given by students positively, take corrective actions/ makenecessary changes to improve the quality and delivery of teaching, aftertaking necessary approvals and guidance from the HOD/ academicdirector/ principal. Also the academic director/ Principal must takenecessary decision and provide necessary guidance regarding improvingthe quality of teaching on the basis of faculty feedback given bystudents.

Grievance redressalmechanismfor faculty, staff andstudents

For any kind of grievance, the students are supposed to inform/discussthe same with the concerned faculty/mentor first. The faculty will takenecessary actions to resolve the matter. However, if the grievance is notsolved, student can approach the concerned Head of the Department.The HOD will resolve the matter immediately/ asap. However In certain

cases, where the matter still stays unresolved, student can approach theacademic director. IF the matter still remains unattended/ unsolved thestudent can appeal to the principal of the college. The college designatedauthorities must act as per the rules.For any kind of grievance The faculty/ staff in the college are supposedto inform/ discuss the respective Head of the department. If the matterstill remains unresolved they can approach the academic director/principal. In certain cases if the matter still remains unresolved, they canappeal to the management of the college.
