IN 2009, WE WORK LIKE THIS…

IN 2040, THEY WORK LIKE THIS…

BY THE YEAR 2040…

More and more employees will be working at home.

Less and less managers will be needed.

More and more technologies will be used in the

workforce.

Less and less employees will be needed.

More and more knowledge will be required of

employees.

Less and less waste will be made.

BY THE YEAR 2040…

Companies will be more effective and even less

people will be hired.

Lots of companies will have a mature organizational

structure so that management work will be more

effective and less costly.

There will be more and more big international

companies across the whole world. New forms of

technologies will be developed to help the

communication and management issues we now

face.

HOPEFULLY,

2040 will make work easier for both managers and

employees.

2040 will utilize new technologies to help the work

force be more productive and efficient.
