YOUR INVITATION

Paul Cranny, Paul Carter and Paul Cornish would, like to invite you to join them on one, or both, of the two exclusive, week long cruise charters along the beautiful Croatian coast. Paul Cranny Cruises has for the second season, secured the exclusive rights to the beautiful Queen Eleganza for October 2019. The Queen Eleganza was built in 2018 and features just 18, outside, fully en-suite cabins ensuring high levels of space and comfort. Public areas are spacious and life on board will be fun, casual, relaxed and informal and with the comfort of our small ship we will try to avoid the crowds and enjoy the ease of access that such a sized vessel can afford. A new port will be visited each day with most mornings being spent ‘at sea’ allowing for impromptu stops for a swim if time and weather permits, before arriving at our next destination in the late afternoon/early evening.

BLUE LAGOON AT KRKNJAŠI (#PC03 only)Krknjaši bay on the east coast of the island Veli Drvenik is known as the Blue Lagoon for its incredible hue of crystal clear water which create an unique tropical paradise. This natural gem is protected with two islands from the outside, large (Veliki) and small Krknjaš. The unusual sandy sea bottom and the immaculate shallow crystal clear water create an unique tropical paradise in the middle of Dalmatia.

MLJET NATIONAL PARK (#PC03 & #PC04)Mljet National Park is a large area that borders two saltwater lakes (Veliko and Malo Jezero). The Lakes stretch for about 4 kilometres. Right in the middle of the Large Lake, there is a small island Melita (Sveta Marija) that has a large building which was once a 12th Century Benedictine monastery. The monastery building is now a café/restaurant. The small island is connected by boats that sail there from both sides of the Lake.

STONE MASON SCHOOL MUSEUM (#PC04 only)The Pučišća Stonemason School has trained students in the art of stonemasonry for more than one hundred years. While most of the students come from all over Croatia, there are also a handful from Bosnia-Herzegovina, and even the Czech Republic. Stone from here has been used to build part of The White House in Washington, Diocletian’s Palace in Split and a host of other historic buildings in Europe.

BOAT TRIP TO RADMAN MILLS (#PC04 only)On its way towards the sea the Cetina river has over the course of centuries cut a magnificent canyon in the surrounding mountains. Roaring thunderously from its source, Cetina´s power moved the wheels of mills for centuries before flowing into the sea. The mills, first mentioned as early as the 17th and 18th century, began to flourish in the 19th century when they were renovated by the Radman family, whose name they still carry today.

QUEEN ELEGANZAOnce again, we are delighted to have chartered the newly built Queen Eleganza whose maiden voyage was in the spring of 2018. Beautifully crafted by Croatian hands, this is one of the finest Croatian flagged vessels of her kind and, with a maximum of just 32 guests, there is the added benefit of a relaxed and informal atmosphere on board. The team of friendly Croatian crew members all speak English and their excellent service and hospitality will do much to add to your enjoyment. Meals served on board have a homecooked feel and feature wholesome, fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine and, to enhance your Croatian experience, on some evenings, we would like to take you out to dine ashore in recommended popular local restaurants. This is the perfect ship to escape the formalities of larger vessels and enjoy the casual nature of small ship cruising along the most beautiful of coastlines.

YOUR CABINThe 18 cabins are furnished to the highest standard with sleek lines and neutral colours. All are equipped with an en-suite bathroom (with shower), safe, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer and flat screen TV. Most cabins also feature a dressing table and chair. The cabins on the Lower Deck have two portholes whereas on Main Deck the Saphire Suites have three portholes and the Diamond Suite has four portholes. The Emerald Suites on the Main Deck, have a large picture window offering wonderful views. The cabins range in size from 25 meters2 for the Diamond Suite to 14 meters2 for the Ruby Suites.

YOUR DININGMeals on board are a casual affair. Breakfast and Lunch are buffet style. Dinner is served and features locally sourced fresh food. In good weather, there will be the opportunity to dine al-fresco. House wine/ beer and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner and there is a 24 hour tea/coffee station. At least 2 meals will be served ashore in local restaurants.

LIFE ON BOARDThe atmosphere is casual and relaxed, with the dress code reflecting this. With just 32 like-minded passengers, the mood is intimate, and what better way to enjoy the views of the magnifcent islands and cities than sitting on the Sun Deck watching the world pass slowly by. Part of the joy of a cruise aboard this vessel is her capability to dock in small ports or drop anchor in any suitable spot. The experienced Captain and his crew are trained in the highest safety standards. Being such a small operation, the close-knit team work excellently together and will enrich your overall enjoyment of small ship cruising.

YOUR SPACEIf you prefer a peaceful life at sea and a casual, laid-back ambience then you need look no further than the Queen Eleganza. The vessel has been designed with spacious outside public areas including a large Sun Deck with an excellent shaded area. Whether you choose to spend your time indoors in the lounge or bar area, or on a comfortable lounger on the Sun Deck, the ship has many perfect spots from which to relax and watch the passing scenery.
