THE ROAD TAKEN.

2011

We started off on a journey, one where we

had to construct ourselves from scratch.

We headed off as a partnership. The road we

had taken was a long one, and we had just begun,

as SHRI TIRUPATI CONSTRUCTION CO.

2013 We had grown a couple of years old,

and the number of partners that we had

were also reduced down to two.

Having delivered three projects successfully,

we had started on a decent note,

only to surge ahead.

2015 As far as it can go, one-person management

is the best form of management. Owing to

this principle, we converted to a proprietorship

company. By this time, we had undertaken a

few more projects, adding more feathers

to our cap and more years to our experience.

2018 It was until this time that we had seven years

and several projects under our belt. Our team

too had grown stronger, both in terms

of strength and skills. We thought it was high time

to change the nature of our company, and thus

we converted from Shri Tirupati Construction Company

to STICON CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD.

OUR HRD: HIGHLY

RESOURCEFUL DEPARTMENT.

There’s a fair reason why we call our team members this way;

they have shown this skill time and again. We follow the

Together Everyone Achieves More policy, and work in unity to

deliver our promises better than even our own expectations.

Our core functioning committee comprises of three members

presently.

1. Hemlata Jha

Managing Director of the company, but

interestingly, never makes anyone in

the team feel the dominance of her

position. She always has that one idea,

that rescues the company from

seemingly impossible problems, and

has self-confidence, self-pride in

abundance. Above all, she possesses

great communication skills, and has a vision for the growth of

the company. After all, failing to plan is planning to fail!

2. Sanjeev Yadav

General Manager of the technical

department in the company, and also

the search engine of the company.

Ask any construction related query,

he will have the answer. And why not,

after all he has a vast experience of

over 36 years in this field. He can

handle the time aspect of a project

superbly, and so if you have counted time to finish a project,

you can count on him.

3. Ravinder Kumar

He is the first engineer to have joined the

company, and is the Manager of projects.

He is wonderfully good at finding out

ways to save costs during the project

(without compromising upon quality of

work, a win-win situation you see). Also,

before starting execution for any plan, he

foresees the obstacles in advance, which

boosts efficiency tremendously. Best of

all, has a very cool temperament.

Planning without execution is of no use. For all the planning

that is done by the core committee, we have team members

who provide their invaluable physical and mental inputs for

implementation part. But the best part is, even these

members contribute and improvise the plans, wherever

possible, which makes our project execution paralleled to

none. We have

16 members as Engineers.

14 members as Foremen.

17 members who supervise projects.

Besides the above members, we have over 500 people who

work in the form of human labour, and who work skilfully,

dedicatedly, and whole-heartedly to make the execution of all

the plans perfect. Our team believes in the power of learning.

We never refuse to learn and grow, and always welcome

inputs of all members in the company. We do not believe in

dominating the competition, but in creating an ecosystem

where even the weak does not only survive, but also thrive,

and the same can be seen in our unique concept of a team,

and this is the reason why our human resource is a Highly

Resourceful Department.

The mountain of the domain of engineering called Civil

Engineering gives space to a lot of trees. We carry seeds of not

all, but some of them. We are a company that deals with

construction of buildings, and areas of work that we undertake

include

CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS

This is quite evident. Being a construction company, we are

going to construct buildings for sure. We have made all types

of buildings- Industries, Commercial Spaces, Homes,

Educational Institutions; we take care of companies, students

and people, all. Our projects usually start from scratch, but if

we feel like doing them, we also work upon buildings that have

already been made.

FINISHING OF A RAW STRUCTURE

Having a look at some of the most magical buildings made

round the globe, we are surely not able to move our sights.

This is made possible due the layer of finishing that is put on

raw structures, and we firmly believe in this aspect of a

building. We finish a raw structure as required, both from the

inside and outside. Ranging from walls to floors, glass to

metals, we do it all.

MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING

A building is a great mask; it looks very simple from outside,

but has a lot of complexities inside. These complexities not

only include the construction part, but other departments too.

We handle the mechanical, electrical and plumbing

departments of a building as well. Right from planning to

execution, we do it all. What’s more, all these major works

carried out by one group results in seamless execution and

hence efficiency and harmony in a project.

DESIGNING

We have teams that prepare the architectural drawings and

structure designs. So even if you have absolutely no idea of

where to start from, we are there.

RED IN A GROUP OF WHITES.

The pool of construction has many swimmers in it. So, catering

to the question that one might have- why choose us? Well,

there are quite a few reasons for it.

1. LIGHT ON POCKET. The price that we ask for

has raised the eyebrows of many people, and we aim to

raise more. We do not believe in taking too much to

handle, rest our pricing says it all

2. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY, and we

strictly abide by this statement. Never in the history of

our existence have we indulged in wrong practices that

usually take place at a construction site, or done anything

less than what is asked for. We put in more than just our

body and brains to make our work stand out.

3. WE NOT ONLY MAKE BUILDINGS; we

make relations too. There is a very popular saying that

while doing business, emotions should be at the back seat

and practicality should take the driver’s position. But we

strongly believe that everywhere, business included,

emotions do hold a special place, if humans are involved.

We being very professional in our work, also add a bit

personal touch which has been praised by many. The

result- we have been associated with our clients for more

than one project, for more than one time.

4. REUSE, REUSE, AND REUSE our services.

Because that is how we work. We do take complete

responsibility of anything and everything we do. Even

after completion of a project, we come back to rectify

anything that gets damaged, naturally or manually. We

remain so confident and responsible towards our work

because we do not do anything wrong intentionally in the

execution period; our aim remains to make permanent

relations with our clients, and after sales support is what

we think, an integral part of the journey.

A PAST FULL OF GLORY.

For us, our past is not only the time that has passed by. Our

past is rather our experience, and experience they say, is the

best teacher. We might have a tiny experience of eight years

in this business, but there is a lot of might in it. One thing that

has remained a constant though, right from our initial steps, is

our zeal to put our 100 percent in everything we do. Results?

1. SVR AUTO PVT. LTD.

This company has grabbed the first spot for a reason, and we

have special emotions attached with them too. SVR Auto Pvt.

Ltd., an automobile parts manufacturing company in

Chopanki, Rajasthan, is the first name to be associated with

us. The company’s Managing Director, Mr. Ashwani Chopra,

trusted us when it was the most difficult to; he provided us

with our first project way back in 2011. And such has our

mutual bond and understanding developed in all these years,

that we are constructing the company’s buildings till date!

It was also with this company only, in 2016, that we had our

first hands upon piling work done in construction.

2. RAJASTHAN ANTIBIOTICS LTD.

We teamed up next with the largest producer of injectable

antibiotics in the country,

Rajasthan Antibiotics Ltd.

The first construction from

our side there took place in

2012, and we continued to

construct their buildings till

2017. Don’t get mistaken,

the reason why we are not

continuing with them is

that they have reached the capacity of expansion of their

plant at situated in Bhiwadi.

For the first time, we had the

experience of re-strengthening

of a structure. We performed

guniting, a process that blows

strength in an inferiorly done

structure.

3. KRISHNA TOWER

To grow in stature, moving out of one’s comfort zone is

necessary, and we moved 60 kilometres away from our

starting point. We reached Neemrana, and completed three

back to back projects.

The first of them was Krishna Tower, which was done in

2013. This project also marked the start of our innings in the

commercial space.

4. SHUBH LAKSHMI COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

Second of our three consecutive projects in Neemrana in

the year 2013. This project also coupled up as our second

outing in building a commercial unit.

5. ABS LOGISTICS

This was the last of our three-project streak in Neemrana in

the year 2013, and our first collaboration with a logistics

company too.


6. MAHARAJA AGRASEN EDUCATIONAL

SOCIETY

A change from partnership to proprietorship. Did bring

about a change in what we did too. Yes, the name suggests

it; this was our first step into the educational field. We took

the curtains off this project in 2017, and transformed an

empty land into a place where the future flowers were

about to bloom. This project added a new chapter to our

book; we used AAC blocks for the first time, instead of

conventional red bricks.


7. GRAVS APPLIANCES PVT. LTD.

Did we forget to mention this? In the excitement of

presenting an educational project first maybe, but this

project was taken by us back in 2016. This was another in

the list of our first experiences; this building was a 50-50,

and fabricating steel was a first for us.


8. GLOBAL TECHNOCRATS PVT. LTD.

Another year, another shed. The shift of trend was obvious,

having done our first steel shed in 2016, we were doing our

sixth shed in two years. This project went on air in 2018, and

was another in our industrial belt collection.


9. REGENCY PALACE

Party Time! Did this come out of nowhere? No, because

this project serves exactly the purpose; it’s a Banquet Hall.

It has been too much now, but this is another first in our

list of experiences, a hall made specifically for parties and

events that call for celebrations!


10. DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, SUSHANT LOK

Another educational institutional project. This is the project

where we are working on an already built building, starting in

2018. One is making a Science Park for students. Two is a bit

new. We have waterproofed the school’s terrace with layers

that involve concepts new to us, like Foam Concreting and

Waterproof Membrane application.

11. KHUSHKHERA STEEL PVT. LTD.

Constructing a factory for the company that provides a basic

material for building construction- Steel Rods. This company

is a division of Rathi Special Steels.

12. TRINITY WISDOM EDUCATIONAL

WELFARE CULTURAL SOCIETY

This happens to be another one of our educational projects

in Neemrana. It is a college that is being made in an area of

10 acres by the above mentioned society, and will most

probably have Nalanda University as its academic partner.

This also is a green building in the making, and is our largest

project till date, both in terms of value and area.

13. SUBODH GUPTA STUDIO

Mr. Subodh Gupta is a global contemporary artist, and

one stares and remains in awe of the beauty and unique

creativity that is showcased through his works. Getting

an opportunity to work with him, is definitely a sweet

honour for us.

14. ORIENT REFRACTORIES LTD.

Orient Refractories Ltd. is a unit of RHI Magnesita, a

global leader in the refractories’ industry, and

headquartered in Vienna, Austria. This then, happens to

be our first project with a company which has overseas

presence. We presently, are handling duties of the

construction of an R&D centre here at their Bhiwadi

manufacturing unit.

15. GETWELL PHARMA INDIA PVT. LTD.

Getwell Pharma India is a pharmaceutical company,

which manufactures medicines for the oncology

department. What we are constructing is their latest

manufacturing unit situated at Bawal, Haryana. This

building, in its complete form, looks stunning. Don’t

take our word, look for yourself.

PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN A

SWORD.

We have continued to impress people in what we do.

The outcome is that we have received some invaluable

words of appreciation from our clients, who place their

trust in us, and their words speak that we have not only

maintained, but deepened their belief, and will continue

to do so.

We do not provide feedback forms to our clients, nor do

we have a star-rating system. What follows next has
