Wedding Event Guidelines

• Finalmenuselectionsmustbesubmittednotlessthan sixty days prior to your scheduled event

• Finalguaranteedguestcount,alongwithseatingassignments,must be submitted not less than ten days prior to your scheduled event

• Invoicingisbasedupontheguaranteedguestcountoractualattendance, whichever is greater

• Pre-eventtastingsareavailable.Thetastingwillconsistofyourselectedhorsd’oeuvresandentrée(s).Someexclusionsmay apply. Tastings are limited to one per event and are for up to four people

• Specialdietaryneedsorconcernsshouldbeaddressedinadvance so that we may better accommodate your requests

• AllfoodandbeverageforyoureventmustbeprovidedbytheBlairCountyConventionCenter(exceptionsaremade for cake, cookies and candy)

• Nofoodorbeveragepurchasedfromtheconventioncentermay be removed from the premises

• Barswillbeclosedduringdinnertoinsuresafeandproperservice. Bars will close thirty minutes before scheduled event ending time

• Allcenterpieces,decorationsandsetuptimesmustbe preapproved by our wedding coordinator
