After using the app for less than 2 weeks, I have gone from not being able to do a single pushup, to doing 1/2 push-ups (on

my knees) to today, where i can now do multiple regular pushups in a row. Also, my 3 year old son has seen me

working out and has been very excited to “help” me with my

workouts daily.

!As for the progress. I always do the workout at the same time

right when i wake up in the morning. Usually my 3 year old

(Paxton) wakes me up asking to work out with me. “Daddy can

we work out now?” which is adorable, and motivating. There

have been a few times that I haven’t wanted to work out and

the fact that it is only 7 minutes has vastly improved my chances of actually working out. (Plus Paxton helps a lot too).

I have absolutely noticed my body getting stronger, even in

just 14 days. It is a great feeling to feel myself slowly getting

back into shape.
