1 long piece of card Decorations Stapler Sticky tape INSTRUCTIONS MAKE YOUR OWN HEADDRESS YOU WILL NEED 1 Choose 1 long piece of card for the base of your headdress. 2 Wrap the piece of card around your head, from your forehead to the back of your head, to make a complete band. Make sure the band fits your head so you can wear it like a hat. 3 When you have the correct size staple the card together where it overlaps and cut off the remaining length of card. Adults may need to help children with this part. 4 Choose some of the other materials to make decorations for your headdress. 5 Use the square pieces of card to draw and cut out your own designs or make flowers with the tissue paper. 6 You can also use the coloured pencils to draw on designs, add feathers and leaves or even use the coloured tape to decorate your headdress. 7 Use the staplers or sticky tape to attach your decorations to your band. 8 When your headdress is finished please leave your space tidy for the next visitors to enjoy. 9 Share your headdress with us on social media using #blenheimpalace #stayconnected 10 Our favourite headdress will win an Afternoon Tea for Two in the Orangery Restaurant.

MAKE YOUR OWN HEADDRESS

YOU WILL NEED

1 Choose 1 long piece of card for the base of your headdress.
