Procedure and timeline
• Contact your agency early on in the process
• Preproposal template in .doc available in the Electronic Submission System
• Brokering webinar on 12:00CET/11:00GMT, 10 February 2015
• Preproposals to be submitted by 27 March 2015
• Consortium recommends or not pre-proposals for second stage (May / June 2015)
• Full proposals to be submitted by 8 September 2015
• Consortium recommends or not proposals for funding – decisions to be taken by national agencies (end 2015 / early 2016)

• A multinational brokering event (without leaving your seat!)
• An opportunity to briefly present your ideas– 15x 3 minute pitches available, limited to 3 per country– Identify new partners– Discuss ideas (either online or after the webinar)

•Give a summary of the project idea you would like to introduce at the webinar
• Include diagrams/pictures to explain your idea where possible but do not include anything commercially sensitive
•Describe any partners or expertise which you would like to access for collaboration
•Keep presentation clear and concise by keeping to 1 slide (remember there will be people from different countries listening!) Presentations will be a maximum of 2 minutes to allow for a number of presentations within the hour we have available
