Professional Development: Skills required for maintaining a specific career path including skills related to personal development. Training to keep current with changing technology and practices in a profession and broadening the concept of lifelong learning.
Motivation: The act or process of giving someone a reason for doing something; the act or process of motivating someone. The condition of being eager to act or work. A force or influence that causes someone to do something.
