Select the Entity View.

Select the SalesCOSentity in the list of UserCOS

3Go to theSecure SMTP tab

Select “allow” as the default Sender mail policies and Recipient mail policiesfor the SalesCOS

Click on the Save button to commit the changes.

Go to the Secure SMTP tab3Double click on the Sender mail policiesproperty value and remove any specific Sender policies. Do thesame for the Recipient mail policies.

Click on the Save button to commit the changes.

Select “deny” as the default Sender mail policies and “allow” as the default Recipient mail policies for the Developer COS

Double click on the Recipient mail policies property value and remove any specific Recipient policies.
