I agree with Mr.Devdas, the finish is pathetic. The Silencer part has started rusting in amonth, when I went to the dealer he told me that even the parts of the new unsold scooters

have started rusting. In a place like Goa where rusting is common at this rate I will have no silencer on myscooter after six months. The scooter wobbles, and the length of the scooter being more

the side stand doesn't take its weight. I found the engine better than Activa. Mahindra has

to do a lot on quality issues if it has to beat the likes of Honda and Suzuki whos finish issuperb. I find the mileage good as Goa road are good and less congested.

    Hi All,

I bought a Mahindra Duro in October 2009.

I have run 9000 kms. My verdict is....

Good features1. Fuel Tank 6 lts

    2. Space below seat3. Leg Space4. Front Boot space

    5. Pickup

    Bad Features

    1. Just loves speed breakers. Does not leave any speed breaker untouched2. Parts quality very bad. Seat has already taken bucket shape. Center stand vibrates

    causing lot of vibrating noice.

    3. Breaks need very frequent re-fit

    4. Service quality is pathetic and worst5. Mileage has never crossed 40 even after service center claiming to have tuned it

    6. Faulty fuel guage reading

    7. The acclerator handle comes off the scooter8. I am now experiencing drop in pickup and speed i.e. response to acceleration

    9. After 40 kms speed the scooter gives a strange engine noice of woowing

    10. I am also experiencing wobling, to which service center says fork is loose. I wonder ifthey have fixed it.

At current levels of service, please dont buy one. If your service center is Mahaveer

Mortors in Bangalore, never ever buy it.

    Thank you
