What is STB control and what does it do? Allows simple control of the H25 DTV receivers through Maestro Allows remote management of both the Zv channels and the DirecTV channels 9

ZvSTB Control 1.Connect active H25 directly to TV 2.Navigate to Config page: Assign IP address and make note for easy reference later Set a default gateway Set a DNS server (optional) 3.Navigate to Whole-Home page: Set external access to Allow Set Current Program to Allow 4.Navigate to Video Setting Page and set allowed resolutions If connected to HDb2500, set 720p If connected to HDb2600, set to 1080i (or 720p)-optional First you must configure every STB with a static IP address 10

Configuring Maestro for STB 1.Connect to Maestro by entering the IP address on the ZvBox 2.Click to the STB Tab 3.Enter the IP address of the STB and click Apply 4.All of the information will populate Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 11

ZvSTB Control To power the individual units on or off. To change the channel numbers of the STB. Call Sign and Program Name automatically populate. FORCE-When enabled will ping the STB every 5-10 seconds to ensure the unit is displaying according the set Maestro Configuration. 12

Converting a File Step 1: download and install ZVConvert: http://zeevee.com/support/tools Currently this only works with a PC (Not with a Mac) Launch ZVC and load the file by dragging it to the window. 17
