Lillyan is pictured here with her mum and dad after receiving her special award from The Fred Hollows Foundation. We are all very proud of her!
It was certainly an exciting start to Term 4 with so many reasons to be proud of our students.
Starting with Lillyan's ceremony at UTS on Wednesday where she was presented with her Humanitarian Award by Gabi Hollows. This was such a special event and I was very proud to see her up on the stage representing our school.
Then on to Stage 3 Camp where both Bianca and Lillyan were recognised for their hardworking attitudes. On several occasions it was brought to my attention how well mannered and responsible they are. Bianca even earned herself a special ice cream for her efforts in supporting other students during the rock climbing activity.
The final big event of our week was our fabulously fast relay team who did an outstanding job at the Regional Carnival. We are very excited about you making it through to State. Congratulations and well done!

Sydney West Athletics Championship Well done to Cooper, Poppy, Chloe and Alfie on competing in the PSSA Hawkesbury Zone Small Schools Relay Team at the Sydney West Regional Carnival last week. They now move on to the State Championships which will be held Nov 6-7 and we look forward to hearing of their results.
Lillyan and Bianca had a wonderful time at the Stage 3 Camp which was held at The Great Aussie Bush Camp- Kincumber last week.
We are very proud of our students’ achievements in external events and competitions and are committed to recognising their achievements, however, this cannot happen unless we are informed. Please ring us or send us something in writing if your child or a group of students achieve success in external events so we can recognise their achievements in our weekly newsletters.
