1. Allah in the Quran has revealed that: I only Created Mankind and the Jinn that they should Worship Me. I demand no Livelihood of them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. (Al-Dhariyat, 51:56-57). Satanic Forces have united to Pursue Satanic Projects. We must, therefore, Unite for the Pleasure of Allah to Establish before it is too late “The Zikr Fikr Khidmat Roohani Center” initially at Islamabad and Subsequently at Lahore and Karachi. So that on the Day of Judgment we can at least report to our most respected Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that we in our humble capacity put in our best of everything to unite against the Satanic Forces in the Capital of Pakistan and established this Center to further the Cause of Islam. The Center would signify: a. Zikr (Rememberance of Allah). All types of Zikr would be Ensured

b. Fikr (Reflection in the Quran and Benefitting Humanity) Following would be the main features: (1). Finding ways and means to Practically implement the Message of

the Dynamic Quran in our lives. (2). Research on the Dynamic Nature of the Quran. (3). Scientific Research on Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). (4). Merger of Quranic and Worldly Knowledge. (5). Projection of the True Spirit of Islam to the World at large through Lectures, Videos and Video Conferencing. (6). Malaise of the Muslim World and how to get out of it. (7). How to attract the Youth to the Real Spirit of Islam. (8). How to improve the Image of Muslims across the World. (9). How to remove the Misconceptions about Islam. (10). How to convince the Non Muslims specially those who Represent

their respective countries in Islamabad that Kalimah Tayyabah is the Success Doctrine for that Enduring World of Reality. c. Khidmat (Serving Humanity). Following would be the main features: (1). Offering Administrative Help to persons in Distress. (2). Provision of Medical Help. (3). Provision of Rations. (4). Provision of Clothing. (5). Distribution of Zakat. (6). Any other Help deemed necessary to Help the Needy. (7). Lungar (Cook House) would be operational for those who visit the

Center. d. Roohani (Spiritual). Following would be the main features: (1). Offering Roohani Help to persons in Distress. (2). Provision of Spiritual Therapy to all. (3). Provision of Spiritual Guidance to all. (4). Interpretation of Dreams. (5). Any Problem Solving of Distressed persons. (6). Facility of Istikhrah would be Available. (7). A Special Dorodh-e- Pak Account will be maintained for allocation

on Demand. (8). A Special Khatam-e-Quran Pak Account will be maintained for allocation on Demand. (9). Also a Special Reservoir of Prayers will be Maintained to be

Specifically Allocated to Needy Persons for Solving their respective Problems. (10). Any other Specific Spiritual Guidance, Especially for Non Muslims.

2. Islamabad (a Place where Islam is Flourishing), the Capital of Pakistan (a Pure Place) should have signified the Glory of Islam. Instead it Represents a Place where Unfortunately Everything is Glorified Except Islam. Innumerable Examples can be quoted to support this contention but that is not the Purpose. However one Example can be an Eye-opener, that oft and on Police do take Action against the heinous Business of Brothels Established in various Sectors. In short Islamabad has become the Hub of Anti Islamic Activities. Thus persons like Mr Petit Ambrose wrote a letter to the Editor of a Newspaper that “Although I want to become a Muslim but once I see the Conduct of Muslims around me I feel much Safer as a Christian”. In my Humble Capacity I compiled a Ten Page Letter in which I implored to Mr Petit Ambrose that He Should not See the Conduct of Present Day Muslims around Him, Rather He Should look towards the Conduct of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The Quran Says: ‘You Have a Good Example in Allah’s Apostle For Anyone Who Looks to Allah and the Last Day and Remembers Allah Always. (Al-Ahzab, 33:21)’. In Islamabad there are Representatives of various Countries majority of who are Non Muslims. They come and spend their Tenure without being acquainted to the Real Islam thanks to the Conduct of those who are Leading us. No one Officially Offers them even the Basic Kalimah Tayyibah. Imagine their Plight on the Day of Judgment once they would be Chained and Dragged to be Thrown into the Quagmire of Hell for an Infinite Life in that Enduring World of Reality. Why because they did not accept this Success Doctrine that too while they were in Islamabad the Capital of Pakistan. I shudder at this thought. I hope now you realize the Severity of the Situation. That is why we must establish “The Zikr Fikr Khidmat Roohani Center” at Islamabad before it is too late. All Foreigners would be given Briefings on the Natural Instinctive Religion of Mankind and Project the Real Spirit of Islam in a Dynamic Fashion with a Touch of Science. They would also be further introduced to the Spiritual Domain of Islam.

3. The World over Satanic Forces have United to Pursue Satanic Projects. 4. The Muslims are Supposed to Lead the World and Temporarily they did so during the Time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Today we are not even in a Position to keep Pace with those who are Leading us; that too on Worldly counts. Resultantly the Muslims have fallen from Grace to such an Extent that the Non Muslims have the Guts to tell us that “Either we are with them or against them”. In actual Fact One (Specially a Muslim) is Either with Allah and His last of the Prophets, the Most Honorable Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) or with Satan-the Sworn Enemy of Mankind. Today Satan and his Followers are super Active thanks to our Leaders and Specially our Love for this Temporary Fleeting World of Mirage. Before we Proceed further, kindly consider the following few Quranic References; for after all we are Muslims: a. The Aim/Purpose of Life (1). I only Created Mankind and the Jinn that they should Worship Me. I demand no Livelihood of them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. (Al-Dhariyat,51:56-57). (2). He Created Life and Death that He might Put You to Test and Find out which of You Acquitted Himself Best. He is the Mighty, the Forgiving One. (Al- Mulk, 67:2). b. Zikr (Rememberance of Allah) (1). Remember the Name of Your Lord and Dedicate Yourself to Him Utterly. (Al- Muzzalmil,73:8). (2). Surely in the Remembrance of Allah all Hearts are Comforted. (Al-Rad, 13:28). (3). Morning/Evening (30:17, 33:42). (4). Afternoon (30:18). (5). Night (76:26). (6). Early/Late (33:42). (7). The Seven Heavens, the Earth, and All who Dwell in them Praise Him. All Creatures Celebrate His Praise. Yet You Cannot Understand their Praises. Benignant is He and Forgiving. (Al-Isra, 17:44). (8). The Devil has Gained Possession of Them and Caused Them to Forget Allah’s Remembrance. They are the Devil’s Party; and the Devil’s Party Shall Assuredly be Lost. (Al-Mujadala, 58:19).

(9). Remembering Allah by Any of His Names. (10).Believers, Remember Allah Frequently: Praise Him Morning and Evening. He and His Angels Bless You, so that He may Lead You from Darkness to the Light. He is Merciful to True Believers. (Al Ahzab: 33:41). (11). Say: Call on Allah or on Al-Rehman all are Beautiful Names of His (, ). (12). The Prophet is Blessed By Allah and His Angels. Bless him, then, you that are True Believers, and Greet him With a Worthy Salutation. (Al Ahzab: 33:56). c. Fikr(Reflection in the Quran and Benefitting Humanity) (1). Had We Brought Down this Quran Upon a Mountain, You would have Seen it Humble itself and Crack for Fear of Allah. Such are the Parables We Set Forth to Men, so that they may Give Thought.( Al Hashr59:21). (4). We have Given Mankind in this Quran Every Kind of Parable, so that they may Take Heed. It is in the Arabic Tongue, a Quran Free from All Faults, that They may Guard Against Evil.(Al Zumar39:26). (5). Blessing For Believers. d. Khidmat(Serving Humanity) (1). They Ask You what they should Spend. Say: ‘What You can Spare’. (Al-Baqara, 2:220) (2). Give to the Near of Kin their Due, and Also to the Destitute and to the Wayfarers.(Al-Isra,17:26). (3). The Quran will Guide to that which is Most Upright. It Promises the Believers who Do Good Works a Rich Reward, and Threatens those who Deny the Life to Come with a Grievous Scourge. (Al-Isra, 17:10) (4). For those that Do Good is a Reward and More. Neither Blackness nor Misery shall cover their Faces. They are the People of Paradise: in it they Shall Abide Forever. (Yunus,10:26). (5). Give their Due to the Near of Kin, to the Needy, and to the Wayfarers. That is best for Those Who Seek the Countenance of Allah; Such Men Will Surely Prosper. (Al- Rum,30:38). e. Roohani(Spiritual) (1). To Benefit From or even Understand the Roohani(Spiritual) Domain one has to First Recognize His own Self. Those who Recognize their Own Selves would Instantaneously and Automatically Recognize their Creator (details are in my

Article ‘Have You Recognized Yourself’). Thus His Noor (Spiritual Light) would Permeate in the Deepest Recesses of his/her Unconsciousness, thus Giving him/her Instant Satisfaction and a State of Ecstasy. This is because Prior to the Arrival in this World we had made the Initial Covenant with Our Creator. As Allah Says, When Your Lord brought forth Descendants from the Loins of Adam’s Children, and made them Testify against Themselves, (He Said): ‘Am I not Your Lord?’They replied: ‘We Bear Witness that You Are.’ (This He Did) Lest You should say on the Day of Resurrection: ‘We had no Knowledge of that,’ or: ‘Our Forefathers set up Partners with Allah; but will You destroy us, their Descendants, on Account of what the Followers of Falsehood did?’ Thus We make Plain Our Revelations so that they may Return to the Right Path.(Al-A’raf,7:172-174). Then it is Very Important that one should have a Spiritual Ascent, as Allah Says: that You Shall March onwards from State to State, (Al-Inshiqaq, 84:19). Similarly Allah Says, ‘by the Soul and Him that Moulded it and Inspired it with(Knowledge of) Sin and Piety: Blessed Shall be the Man who has Kept it Pure and Ruined he that has Corrupted it ( Al-Shams 91:9/10) (2). We will Show them Signs in All the Regions of the Earth and in their Own Souls, Until they Clearly See that this is the Truth. (Fussilat,41:53). (3). O, Serene Soul! Return to Your Lord Joyful and Pleasing in His Sight. Join My Sevants and Enter My Paradise. (Al- Fajr, 89:27-29). f. Instructions From Allah (1). Believer, Fear Allah as You Rightly Should and Do Not Die Except as Muslims. (Al-Imran, 3:102). (2). Cling One and All to the Faith of Allah and Let Nothing Divide You. (Al-Imran, 3:102). (3). Let there become of you a Nation that shall call for Righteousness, enjoin Justice and Forbid Evil. Such Men shall surely Triumph. (Al-Imran, 3:104). (4). Those that Transgress the Bounds of Allah are Wrongdoers. (Al-Baqara, 2:229). (5). O Believers Submit All of You to Allah and Do Not Walk in the Footsteps of Satan; he is Your Sworn Enemy. (Al-Baqara, 2:208). (6). Only Islam is the Approved Religion with Allah. (Al- Imran,3:19). (7). No other Religion would be Acceptable (Al-Imran, 3:85). (8). Never Associate Partners With Allah. (, ). (9). Do not Follow the Example of those who Became Divided and

Opposed to One another after Clear Proof had been Given Them. (Al-Imran, 3:105). g. Desire of Non Muslims on the Day of Judgment (1). On the Day when the Wrongdoer will Bite his Hands, he will say: Would that I had Taken a (Straight) Path with the Apostle! Woe is Me! Would that I had Never Chosen so-so for My Companion! He led me Astray from the Reminder after it had Reached Me. Satan is ever Treacherous to Man.(Al- Furqan, 25:27-29). (2). If the Wrongdoers had All the treasures of the Earth and as much besides, they would Gladly Offer it on the Day of Judgment to Redeem Themselves from the Torment of the Scourge. (Al-Zumar,39:47). (3). If You Could See them When They are Set Before the Fire! They Will Say: Would that We Could Return! Then We Would Not Deny The Revelations of Our Lord and Would be True Believers.’ Indeed, that Which They Concealed Will Manifest itself to Them. But if They Were Sent Back, They Would Return to That Which They Have Been Forbidden. They Are Liars indeed. They Declare: ‘There is No Other Life But This; Nor Shall We Ever be Raised to Life Again’. (Al-An’am, 6:27- 28). (4). They Shall Say: Lord, Twice You Have Made Us Die, and Twice You Have Given Us Life. We now Confess Our Sins. Is there a Way Out of This.(Ghafir,40:11). (5). But he Who is Given his Book in his Left Hand Will Say: ‘ Would that My Book were not Given Me! Would that I Knew Nothing of My Account! Would that My Death had Ended All! My Wealth has Availed Me Nothing and I am Bereft of All My Power.’ (Al-Haqqa, 69:25-26). (6). We Have Forewarned You of an Imminent Scourge: The Day When Man will Look Upon His Works and the Unbeliever Will Cry: ‘Would that I were Dust’. (Al-Naba: 78:40). (7). The People of the Fire Will Cry out to the People of Paradise: ‘Give Us Some Water or Some of that Which Allah Has Given You.’ But the Blessed Shall Reply: Allah Has Forbidden Both to the Unbelievers, Who Made their Religion a Pastime and an Idle Sport, and Who were Beguiled by their Earthly Life.’ (Al-A’raf,7:50). h. Those who Help the Cause of Allah (1). Charity is a Trade with Allah. (35:29-30). (2). There is no Fear or Grief for the Charitable. (2:274). (3). Give the Best. (2; 215, 2:267). (4). Rewards of Charity. (2; 45, 8:3-4, 57:11, 59:9, 64:17). (5). They that Give their Wealth For the Cause of Allah are like a Grain of Corn which Brings Forth Seven Ears, Each Bearing

a Hundred Grains. Allah Gives Abundance to Whom He Wills; He is Munificent and All-Knowing. (Al-Baqara,2:261).

5. Now armed with this Introduction and Feelings I am sure you also understand the Importance of Establishing “The Zikr Fikr Khidmat Roohani Center”. An amount of Rs Five lacks would be the monthly recurring cost for maintaining the Center. This cost is expected to rise exponentially once people throng to the Center for their various Spiritual requirements. I am expecting that once the Center is properly established then the Members and general public would contribute to this monthly expenditure. I will however in my humble capacity contribute 10% i.e. Rs 50000 to the monthly expenditure of the Center and also devote Twenty Four Hours of my remaining life for this Cause of Allah. For the initial Establishment of “The Zikr Fikr Khidmat Roohani Center” the following amount would be required: a. Three Months Rent. 450000 b. Security. 150000 c. Furniture. 500000 d. Carpets. 250000 e. Crockery. 250000 f. Air Conditioners. 250000 g. Computers. 250000 h. Multi Media. 250000 j. Video Cameras. 250000 k. Heavy Duty Generator. 500000 l. Utilities Bills. 100000 m. Vehicle for Administration. 700000 m. Miscellaneous. 100000 ------------ Total. Rs 4000000

6. Thus an approximate amount of Rs Forty lacks would be required to initially establish the Center. In order to raise this amount various Presentations and Meetings would be held for this purpose.

7. Apart from the Basic Activities of the Center the following would also be ensured: a. Work Twenty Four Hours as a Coordinating Headquarters for Islamic Research Activities both Inside and Outside Pakistan. b. Organize Lectures to Project the True Spirit of Islam according to Modern Prevalent Environment with a Touch of Science. c. Publish the Following: (1). Monthly Magazine. (2). Special Books for the Youth. d. Preparation of Video/Audio Cassettes. e. Arrange Seminars/Workshops to Project the True Spirit of Islam.

f. Provide a common Platform for Islamic Intellectual Activities. g. Daily Khatm-e-Quran. h. Minimum One Hundred Rakat Nafl would be Collectively Ensured. i. Daily Dars-e-Quran held. j. Weekly Lecture on Islam. k. Weekly Naat Sharif. l. Maintain a Comprehensive Library.

8. As this Gigantic Project cannot take effect single-handedly, therefore, a combined effort would be required right from the start. The Movement therefore, awaits your Co-operation in the following fields: a. Spreading of this Message through Photostat Distribution. b. Your Prayers to Achieve the Objectives. c. Your Precious Donations in Cash/Kind. d. Your Precious Suggestions. e. Suggesting likeminded Persons who would help in the Project. f. Registering as Members. g. Any other Help for this Noble and Precious Cause of Allah and His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

9. Management. The following Members will Form the Core so as to Plan and Execute the Affairs of “The Zikr Fikr Khidmat Roohani Center”: Board Of Governors Syed Muhammad Ali Badsha Patron Chairman Senior Vice Chairman Executive Vice Chairman Vice Chairman Secretary General Executive Member Executive Member Executive Member Executive Member Executive Member Executive Member Mr Adalat Khan Chief Coordinator

10. The conduct of those who would be Managing the Affairs of the Center to include the Board Of Governors and all the Administrative Staff would be Par Excellent. The Minimum Expected Standard would be as follows: a. Minimum Standard of all will be that of Members. b. All requirements of Members will be ensured. c. Five Times Prayers will be offered in the Mosque.

d. Ishraq would be offered Daily. e. Participation in Daily Zikar. Following Minimum Ensured: (1). Hundred Times Recitation of Kalimah Tayyibah, Day/Night. (2). Hundred Times Recitation of Astaghfar, Day/Night. (3). Hundred Times Recitation of Dorudh-e-Pak, Day/Night. (4). Remembrance of Death in Morning and Evening. (5). Maximum Recitation of Third Kalimah. (6). Train the Heart to always Remember Allah. (7). Own Tasbehats if any would be Completed. f. Remaining in a State of Ablution. g. Non Smoker, Abstinence from Naswar, Pan and other Miscellaneous Intoxicants. h. Guarding their Sights while Female are around. i. Ensuring Cleanliness at Individual level and the Environment. j. Minimum Recitation of the Quran as per General Instructions. k. Welcoming Guests Especially with a Smile. l. Offering at least a Glass of Water to Visitors. m. Minimum one Bath during Winters and Twice during Summers. n. Use of Muswak. o. Wearing Perfume and use of Oil in Hair. p. Greetings with Salaam and an Ever Ready Helping Attitude. q. Giving Importance to Others. r. Displaying the Best of Conduct. s. All Activities of the Occupants of the Center would be according to Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). t. Living a Simple Life with no Artificialities.

11. Miscellaneous Points. Following are some Miscellaneous Points: a. A Web Site would be developed for the Center. b. Current Record of Members would be Maintained. c. All Activities would be displayed on a Board. d. List of Donors would be updated. e. Separate Arrangements for Ladies will be ensured. f. Proper Training Modules would be prepared for Execution. g. A Shura would be Constituted to Handle the Affairs of the Center. h. A Core Group of Members would be Formed to Execute Special Tasks assigned by the Shura. i. All Necessary Ways and Means would be adopted to Advertise the Establishment of the Center including Media and Television. j. Audit will be ensured.

12. Would You Consider Yourself Lucky (in Fact Extremely Lucky) if you are Either Working, be Part of or else visiting a Place: a. Where there would be all Type of Zikr (Remembrance of Allah) for

Twenty Four Hours. b. Where there would be Fikr (Reflection in the Quran and Benefitting Humanity) on Daily Basis. c. Where there would be all Types of Khidmat (Serving Humanity) for Twenty Four Hours. d. Where there would be Roohani ( Spiritual ) Guidance Daily. e. Where there would be Khatm-e-Quran on Daily Basis. f. Where All Activities would be according to the Sunnah of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). g. Where there would be a Lungar ( Cook House ) for those of Our Precious Guests while visiting the Center. h. Where on Daily Basis there would be Lectures, Presentations, Seminars and Briefings on the Real Spirit of Islam. i. Where on Daily Basis there would be Video/Audio Recordings, Video Conferencing World Wide. j. Where the Environment would be Highly Conducive for Acquiring Taqwa (Piety) as All Occupants of the Center would be in a State of Wazoo (Ablution) and Following a Minimum Schedule of Daily Islamic Activities Befitting a Muslim. k.
