While our ultimate aim is to help you hire and retain better people
– we’re not a recruitment company. On the contrary, we’re a
research and insight consultancy that provides an efficient and
cost effective alternative to the expense of recruitment agencies,
consultants and RPO providers.
There are many differences. For a start, we focus on mapping the
high-performers who aren’t visible in the marketplace - the people
who can make a real difference to your organisation. Typically they
aren’t actively looking to move, so they’re not on a CV database or
talking to consultants.
