This fancy house belongs to the famous actor couple Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck.
The house is built in 1940 and its 800 m2The house includes six bathrooms and seven
bedrooms,there is also six fireplaces to get cozy in front
of during the winter time. The building is situated in Pacific Palisades
and it is worth over 17.5 million dollar. The couples daughters Violet and Seraphina is
probably very happy with living in this house which has a major garden and a big pool to play in.
The couple bought this house in 2008 and they looked for a nice place to live during a really long time.
Victoria och David Beckham are the proud owners of several properties. During their time in the USA the couple lived in this fancy house.
David and Victoria bought it 2007 for 22 million dollars. The house includes six bathrooms, nine bedrooms a gigantic pool
and a high brick wall to protect them from photographers. The Beckhams also have a garage built for three cars. The couple bought this house even though it takes an hour for
David to get to his training arena. Victoria decided that it was more important for their sons to go to
a good school and this mansion lies near the best school in the area.

The sexy actor George Clooney lives in this fantastic house in Italy. The house is called Villa Oleandra and it is situated in the north of Italy near by the lake Como. The house is worth over seven million dollars and George Clooney has been its proud owner for six years. This is only one of Clooneys homes but according to himself this house is his favorite one, Clooney says he feels calm and relaxed by the lake and he is very popular with the locals. Though it has been a few bad incidents by the lake which Clooney is not very found about, for example the locals had plans to build parking places in front of the house which were supposed to work as a tourist attraction for autograph hunters.
Not many houses beats this mansion in East Hampton close to New York which is owned by famous actor Jerry Seinfeld. He payed 32 million dollars for this home in 2000 and we think that it is even more worth today! In this house which includes 24 rooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 toilets and 14 fireplaces the family really can enjoy themselves! There is also two gigantic pools, one inside and the other one is lying in front of the house. Seinfeld also has his own tennis court, a music room and a smoking room where Jerry can drink whiskey and have a smoke with his friends. This house is one of the most expensive ones that has ever been sold in the area!
Will Smith´s home in Malibu
Will Smith and his wife Jada-Pinkett Smith owns this fantastic house which is situated in California. The house is one of the largest in the area and the Smith family almost have their own society in this house witch includes facilities such as a volley ball court, a stale and two gigantic pools! Will Smith bought this house for 20 million dollar and today it is wort even more than that. We are hoping Will´s career will be as successful in the future so that he can afford to live in this luxurious house!
Secret facts: Will Smith is not a big fan of swimming pools, he wants his own lake to swim in! Therefore he bought the lake in front of the house so that the family can take a swim alone whenever they want to!

At the beach in Malibu Cove, California Halle Berry luxurious house is situated. The house is painted in classy white and it is decorated with panorama windows. The actress can enjoy the presence of the sea and the sun 365 days of the year in this nice beach house. The price tag for this beautiful house was 8 million dollar when Halle bought it in 2004 and in the price included a private beach! The home also includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms. This is a really nice place so we are hoping Halle Berry is enjoying it!
