Bringing in a free lunch is a great way to make the work environment fun, and this sets a good work culture for employees.

Community involvement is important to Dr. Nigus. He has made it his mission to provide information about health and wellness to businesses, schools, churches and other organizations around the Overland Park area.

Every month we visit several small businesses and bring in a free, healthy lunch along with information about health and wellness.

The topics range from stress to ergonomics, and Dr. Nigus creates a workshop so your staff can make healthy changes and adjustments the same day.
