Following my move to Arizona, I decided it was time to return to the workplace, and wanted to be in a healthcare environment once again. My interests include spending time with family, friends and my two dogs, as well as reading and cooking.

I have been a Massage Therapist for over 20 years and have approximately 20,000 hours of hands on experience. I have worked in conjunction with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Neurologists, Athletic Trainers and Orthopedic surgeons. My massage is an eclectic mix of Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Trigger Point and Muscle Therapy. I do very specific deep tissue massage and because I do extensive warming and loosening it should not feel as invasive as “deep tissue” massages sometimes can be.

KelcieI have always been a very compassionate and empathetic person. Since I was a little kid I have been drawn to help people feel better. Now that I am a massage therapist, getting to help people physically feel better is a very satisfying feeling. My main focus as a massage therapist is to find the main dysfunction in clients and be able to treat it and bring relief to the body. I use a mix of modalities that include deep tissue, structural integration, shiatsu, trigger point therapy and rehabilitation bodywork. I have found that compiling these modalities bring great relief to the body, mind, and spirit. I thoroughly enjoy my career and enjoy every client that comes to see me.
