Workers may not always recognize the importance of safety training; or think of this training as unnecessary because they’ve “been doing it this way for years.” But, an important benefit to periodic safety training is the reminder that a danger can exist and that no one is immune to accidents. Those involved with small business will gain valuable insights to implement a variety of training techniques that are low cost yet deliver a high impact.
