hall, to the left, are two double

guest bedrooms, with en-suite

bathrooms. To the right are

the living areas showcasing a

wonderfully decorated high

tech living, dining and library

area. Another wonderful

highlight of this room is the

intimate sunken winter lounge.

The dining room also benefits

from its very own kitchen, ideal

for formal dinner parties. The

favourite room in this living

area, however is, the family

kitchen off the main living

room looking out towards

the Mediterranean Sea with

uninterrupted views. No A/C

required here, just open the

glass curtains and relax.
