What are Demonstrative Adjectives?

Demonstrative adjectives point out a noun.

In English the demonstrative adjectives are:

This and that for the singular

and these and those for the plural.

Unlike English, Spanish has three sets of demonstrative adjectives, which vary by number and gender, so there are in all.

With demonstrative adjectives the noun tells you which one to use by it’s ending. These are the masculine.
