The machine performs two twists of a wrapper around the top and bottom of the ball and lollipop stick. It can be fed dead fold-type films such as Cellophane or wax paper. Dead fold is the ability of a material to maintain the desired angle of a fold and not to ‘spring back’. It can also be used with heat seal films. This machine is fitted with a ‘no-product, no-film’ device. This prevents film being wasted so it is only fed when a product is brought up to the wrapping pincers. Heat sealing is accomplished via hot air jets at the point of twisting. This machine comes accompanied by a separate lollipop feed unit manufactured from stainless steel which feeds lollipops into the feed plate. With captive fasteners on all removable parts, the machine is easy to dismantle and clean at the end of each shift. Lollipop Process Equipment Double Twist Wrapper for Lollipops
The Double Twist Wrapper Machine is an automatic twist wrapping machine for ball-type lollipops.
