THE SUBJECT

— to promote a local and organic produce.

Our challenge was to nd the way to encourage people

to buy food from regional suppliers — we had only 48h.

THE TEAM

We had a multidisciplinary team whose member was

a biologist, economist, ERP admin, graphic designer and

consultants from local “Wawelska” food cooperative…

and unfortunately we had no developer.

RESEARCH

After few hours of research, we have come to a conclusion

that there is a big difference in buying food from local

organic produce than from the supermarket including

usualimpored.

We found a difference on such levels as health, money

distribiuton, environment polution and education.

The problem is that many people do not see it.

First of all we thought that it would be good to start

educating from the beginning. As out target we have

selected families with a special focus on children and

their parents.
