Starting the LogixPro App on Lab Computers

Right-Click on the Wizard and “Hide”, if desired

Write the PLC Ladder Logic ProgramTurn on/off light with a switch.

Toggle to Download Screen – Download - Run

Operate the system – Click the switch

Click the switch again

Demonstrate PLC Logic – Add a normally closed (NC) switch– Add STOP Instruction

Right-click the instruction – Edit Symbol – “STOP” and “START”:

Latch Rung Add a BRANCH to the rung.

Select an Internal Bit Address

Examine Memory Tables

Instruction is TRUE if Memory Bit is 0
