Learning: 1. Rigidness of LSP’s T&C. 2. Nos. of LSP for a project should be as minimum as possible. 3. Timely Close out of Order is required for delivering material on time. 4. Different LSP have different T&C, bringing them on same platform is difficult.

Learning: 1. Proper record updating is needed for minimizing Double Billing. 2. Work-order should clear on each commercial point. 3. LSP to be educated of correct taxation. 4. All supporting documents to be thoroughly check for ODC/ Detention charges cross verification

Custom Clearance CHECKING OF IMPORT DOCUMENTS FOR IMPORTED CARGO AND COORDINATE WITH SERVICE PROVIDER TO CLEARED

FROM CUSTOM WITHOUT ANY DETENTION AND DEMURRAGE CHARGES

Shipping Movement Report PREPARATION OF WEEKLY REPORT FOR PROJECT TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTE TO ALL CONCERNED.

• Maintain DMR (Daily Movement Report) for Pre-Dispatch, In-Transit, Delivered Shipments and circulate / Share with all concerned on Daily Basis .

• Update Online Tracking portal

• Obtain & Send DMR twice or thrice a day for Critical / Urgent Shipments.
