Introduction TheobjectiveofthisdocumenttoallowreadertogainanunderstandingofthefunctionalitiesofLocAdoc application and how to make a proper usage of these features. This document isdivided based on the seven main screens that the reader will come across while using theapplication,theyare:-

Login

Thisisaloginscreenwhichwillgiveyoutheoptiontologin,signup,andforgotpassword.Thereare twoappearances, the left screen is shownwhenthere isnoaccount in thedeviceandtherightoneisshownifyouhassuccessfullyloggedintothedevicepreviously.

This is the signup form where you can fill the above information and the system will sign upyouraccountfortheservices.Signup – Signup Form process

First Step in Signup ① Email:YouneedtoinputEmailAddressforAccount② First name:YouneedtoinputyourfirstName③ Last name:YouneedtoinputyourLastName④ Password:YouneedtoinputyourPassword,whichrequiressomeconditions

a. ThePasswordshouldcontainsbothlowercaseanduppercaselettersb. ThePasswordshouldcontainsatleastoneintegervaluec. ThePasswordlengthshouldbebetween8and12character

⑤ Re-enter password:YouneedtoinputsamecharacterasPassword⑥ Contact number:Youneedtoinputyourcontactnumber.

Inputformatshouldbe:(CountryCode)(ContactNumber)ForExampleIFyourCountryisSingaporeandContactNumberis87654321THEN+6587654321

⑦ Signup submission button: Submission button moving to next verification step inSignup.IFtherewerewrongformatbetween①and⑥,THENtheappwillshowerrormessageinthewrongfield.

Signup - Verification process in Signup

① Application message: The Application show message that verification code is sent toyouremailthatyouhaswritteninsignupform.

② Email: Email address that you inputs in Signup Form. You cannot change the emailaddressinthisstep.

③ Confirmation code:YouneedtoinputConfirmationCodethatyoureceiveviaEmail④ Confirmation submission button:Submissionbuttonwithverificationcode.

IFcorrectverificationcode,THENtheappwillshowsuccessmessageanddoautologin.IFincorrectverificationcode,THENtheappwillshowfailmessage.

⑤ Resend code:IFyouclickthistext,thentheappwillemailanotherverificationcodeintoyouremail.

Forgot password (Password Recovery)

Youwillfillupthepasswordresetformandonclickingnext,averificationcodewillbesenttotheemailorphone.Inthesecondscreen,youneedtoentertheverificationcode.

② New Password: Youneedto inputNewPassword,whichrequires someconditions, toaccessaccount

a. Thenewpasswordshouldcontainsbothlowercaseanduppercaseletterb. Thenewpasswordshouldcontainsatleastoneintegervaluec. Thenewpasswordlengthshouldbebetween8and12character

③ Reconfirm New Password:Youneedtoinputsamecharacterasnewpassword④ Verification Code:YouneedtoinputverificationcodethatyoureceiveviaEmail⑤ Submission Button: Submission button with verification code and New Password for

Account.IFcorrectverificationcode,THEN theappwillshowsuccessmessageanddoauto-loginwithnewPassword. IF incorrectverificationcode,THEN theappwill showfailmessage.

Home Screen

After logging insuccessfully,youwillenter thisscreenwhereyouget toseeamapwithyourcurrentlocationandtheareasnearyou.Thetopbarhasamenuiconontheleftandasearchbar.Youmayclickonthebluedotthatrepresentstheareatoopenupall the files inthat location.Theplussymbolbelowleadstoaddinganewdocumenttothecurrentlocation.

6.1 Home screen (searching area)

Youcansearchalltheareafromthesearchbarbutcanonlyaccessthefilesunderthatareaifyouareinthatlocation.

Theappwilllistoutallthefilesthatisavailableinthecurrentarea.Thisscreencanbeapproachedbytappingthelocationpointeronthehomescreenmap.

On clicking an item in the file list, the application renders the PDF file and loads up on thescreen.

6.6 Add Area

OnclickingtheAddAreaButton,aformtoaddareawillappearfromthebottomofthescreenandallthebuttonswillbereplacedwithHideButton

④ Radius Text: Radiusofthenewarea,editablewithkeyboarduponclickingthebox.Radiusvaluemustbebetween5to1000meters.

⑤ Radius Slider: Slidertochangetheradius.

⑥ Submit Button: Createnewarea

6.7 Area Operation

Onclickingthemarkeronthemap,ifyouarewithinthatarea’sradiusthenaformtoeditarea’sradiusordeletetheareawillappearfromthebottomofthescreenandallthebuttonswillbereplacedwithHideButton

① Hide Button: Hideaddareaformandshowthehomescreenbackinfullscreen

② Radius Text: Radiusofthenewarea,editablewithkeyboarduponclickingthebox.Radiusvaluemustbebetween5to1000meters.

6.8 Add Document (Import Documents)

Onclickingtheadddocumentbutton,aformtoaddareawillappearfromthebottomofthescreenandallthebuttonswillbereplacedwithHideButton

① Import Files button: Openanewactivitytoselectapdffileinthedevice.Uponsuccessfulselect,thenameofthefilewillbedisplayedontheboxintherightofthebutton.

② Area Name: Newareaname(cannotbeemptyandmustbeatleast2characters)

③ Area Description: Newareadescription

④ Change Radius:Radiusofthenewarea,editablewithkeyboarduponclickingthebox.Radiusvaluemustbebetween5to1000meters ORSlidertochangetheradius.

⑤ Create New Area Button:CreateNewAreaandsavetheselectedfileintothenewarea

⑥ Existed Area List:Showtheexistedareaslist.Youcanchooseoneoftheexistedareas.

Settings

On this page, you get to edit your name, phone number, andsee the total size used. You maychoose to download all your secured folder in AWS S3 by clicking on download backup. Onclickingpasswordwillopenanewactivitytochangepassword.

7.1 Change User Name

You can change your profile name and initial name by filling up the above dialog form andclickingOKbutton.

① First Name Field:itwillshowyourcurrentfirstnameandyoucanmodifyit

② Last Name Field:itwillshowyourcurrentlastnameandyoucanmodifyit

③ Cancel Button:closethechangingnamedialog

④ OK Button:updateyourname

7.2 Change password

Youcanchangepasswordbyfillinguptheaboveformandclickingconfirmonthetop.

① Application message:TheApplicationshowmessagethatverificationcodeissenttoyouremail

② Current Password:YouneedtoinputcurrentPasswordinyouraccount

③ New Password:YouneedtoinputNewPasswordfornextloginsession

a. The password should containsbothlowercaseanduppercaseletters

b. The password should containsatleastoneintegervalue

c. Thepasswordlengthshouldbebetween8and12character

④ Confirmation New Password:YouneedtoinputsamevaluesasNewPassword

⑥ Confirmation Button: Submissionbutton with current Password andNew Password for Account. IF correctcurrent password, THEN the app willshowsuccessmessage ELSETHENtheappwillshowfailmessage.

7.3 Download Backup Files

You can download the files from the Backup Cloud server by Clicking Download Backup FilesmenuandOkinthedialog.UsingWI-FIisrecommendedtodownloadallbackupfiles,sincethetotalsizecanbehuge.

② Cancel Button:CancelandClosethecurrentdialog
