Overview:The Launch N Load is a high-quality trailer guidance system that was designed to make launching and loading a boat or personal watercraft quick and easy. The Launch N Load eliminates the hassles of a boat ramp by providing a visual reference for both the driver of the vehicle and the captain of the boat.

The Launch N Load trailer guidance system bolts directly onto most boat and watercraft trailers and addresses several difficulties usually associated with launching and loading a watercraft:

a. Provides the driver with a quick and reliable visual guide

b. Eliminates need to rely on side mirrors alone

c. Shows when the boat is successfully launched

Launch N Load was developed with quality materials in order to resist the harsh

conditions of boating. It is constructed of durable, corrosion resistant, galvanized steel components and has a molded, high-density polyethylene body.

Background

Jamak was presented the idea by the inventor of Launch N Load, and seeing its potential; Jamak purchased the patent, developed and manufactured the product. After several years of creating, tooling, testing and patents, Launch N Load was introduced to the marketplace in the summer of 2007. Brand awareness was raised through direct sales efforts and marine industry conventions. Launch N Load was then added to the catalog of products at Bass Pro Shops and Boats.net

Market Share / CompetitionLaunch N Load is a unique product, and we mean that. The few other trailer guidance systems on the market provide a crude guide and are expensive, electric and difficult to install. These other guidance systems, costing more than $200, use an array of indicator lamps and wires. With Launch N Load, there are no time consuming, difficult wiring issues. We use a universal mounting bracket that easily installs in a matter of minutes and can be used on boat and/or personal watercraft trailers.

Reason for SellingJamak Fabrication is a manufacturing company specializing in silicone rubber solutions and other elastomer based products. Since 1971, Jamak has been dedicated to meeting customers' needs through progressive engineering, custom manufacturing, and global sourcing. .Though Jamak sees great potential in Launch N Load strategically is not consistent with Jamak’s focus on silicone products. We feel the sale of this product to the right buyer will give Launch N Load the best opportunity to succeed and will compliment a buyer ’s current marine product offering.

Sales HistoryMore than 1800 units have been sold since being introduced to the marketplace in 2007. Total sales in dollars are at $70,000 with a wholesale mark-up of 30% + G.M.
