Chemical Milling
• We operate a type II chem milling line, which uses environmentally friendly water based maskant. Typical flow time, from receipt of parts and tools to shipment of chem milled parts, is measured in days as opposed to the weeks usually required by other chemical milling subcontractors.
Chemical Conversion Coating
• Both clear and colored chem-film (Alodine).
Anodize• We provide chromic acid Boric Sulfuric anodize processing that meets the required specifications of military and
non-military aircraft. Both high purity rinse and seal are utilized depending upon customer requirements.
Penetrant Inspection• We provide Penetrant inspection to customer specifications, and process and inspect parts up to 20 feet in
length.
Primer, Top Coat, and Spray Dot Application• We maintain a paint inventory that includes 150 different Top Coat and Prime paint types. This also includes a
wide variety of top coats and approximately 20 Prime types that meet OEM specifications.
Polishing• We have extensive experience polishing skin quality parts, and are capable of repairing clad defects.
