Arranging for orangery planning application if required. (Typically most orangeries do not require planningpermission and since October 2008 the planning regulations have changed to make it easier for people tobuild. There are several criteria to meet when building modern orangeries but basically in a detachedproperty you can extend to 4 meters in projection and in a semi-detached property 3 meters in projectionwithout requiring a planning application – a member of our team can advise further after viewing yourproperty)

Preparing the proposed location of your orangery; moving drains, taps or lights etc

Construction of the orangery footings, base and walls

Installation of the orangery roof and frames (Lead flashing and window boards)

Plastering the internal walls including the orangery lighting pelmet

Floor tiling for your orangery

Electrics including orangery lighting pelmet

Skirting boards to finish the plastered walls

Heating

Advice on orangery blinds
