What is the contract?

• The contract is an agreement between the United Teachers of Dade and the management of MDCPS for how we will work and how we will be compensated for that work.

• If there is no UTD there is no contract.

Without UTD, MDCPS management could revoke or change each or all of these items, just because they

wanted to.
