Aqua-Bata – A high energy, calorie torching, aqua aerobics class featuring tabata - 20 seconds of exertion with a 10 second rest, burning approximately 10 calories per minute.

Barre Fusion – This high-energy workout fuses barre principles, pilates, strength training and yoga. Each class is a total body workout using isometric holds and isolated movements resulting in overall toning and flexibility.

Indoor Cycling – Ideal for seasoned cyclists, this class is designed to take your ride to the next level.

Cycling/Strength/Stretch – Join us for a hybrid class to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Great class for all fitness levels.

Pilates Body Sculpt – Suitable for all levels, this class incorporates balls, bands, and Pilates rings into basic Pilates exercises.

Yoga Flow – A fun, steady-paced class for students with some yoga experience looking for new ways to explore and deepen their practice.

Restorative Yoga – This class is a relaxing and centering practice using breath work, gentle movement and stillness to relieve stress and unwind habitual tension.

AMRAP Training – A form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), AMRAP workouts drive you to push yourself through the full workout, maximizing efficiency.

Tabata Interval Training – Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.

Stretch/Mobility/Balance (SMB) – This 45-minute class focuses on stability and mobility exercises as a part of a functional fitness training regimen.

Slow Flow Yoga – Flow from one posture into the next to create continuous movement between series of postures. Suitable for all levels.

Zumba – A dance fitness class! It’s fun, effective and anyone can do it! Workout attire and sneakers recommended.

Evening Yoga – The perfect end to a busy day, this class will help you shift gears into your evening or rest time. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates with Props – Add variety to your Pilates repertoire with this challenging prop class. Utilizing stability balls, small balls, magic circle, light weights and resistance bands.

Yoga Fusion – Suitable for all levels, this class is a fusion of the ancient disciplines of yoga and tai chi with modern Pilates techniques. The exercises mix both disciplines to develop core strength, help tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – This class will is designed to add intensity and variety to your workout while enhancing your cardio and strength training with alternating short, very high intensity intervals and longer, slower recovery intervals.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga – This class allows for a deep connection of mind and body, as each movement is synchronized to a breath in this fluid style of yoga.
