Locate the SmartThings Hub Quick Start Guide for instructions on connecting to the network, power, and battery backup.

A. Download the free SmartThings app for Android, iOS, or Windows

Locate and follow the Decora Smart Z-Wave installation instructions included with your dimmer and switch to safely install your devices. Consult an electrician if you are unsure about the installation procedure. For additional Z-Wave support, contact SAsupport@leviton.com

B. Follow the instructions found on the rear of the Samsung SmartThings Quick Start Guide Envelope to connect and setup your SmartThings hub.

1. To add a Leviton device, select the “+” in the upper right hand corner of the app

2. Choose “Add a Thing” which appears at the bottom of the screen

3. Choose “Lights & Switches”

4. Choose “Switches and Dimmers”

5. Select “Leviton”

6. Select “DZ6HD” or “DZ15S” and follow the on screen instructions to enroll the device
