We chose patient X with the final diagnosis because we all concluded that it would be an avenue to us for a good learning experience on how to make care plans and nursing interventions on proper care of CVA, THROMBOTIC INFARCT, INFARCT L MID CEREBELAR ARTERY, HPN-II. The case was handled during our Medical Ward 3- Stroke Unit rotation at Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, Baguio City from August 5-7, 2013 7am to 3 pm shift with Ma’am Josephine Minger as our clinical instructor.
