As THEA's Toll Operations Business Analyst, I am impressed with his work ethic, friendly personality, and ability to tackle a variety of responsibilities, from working independently to working in a team. I met with him frequently to assign responsibilities and discuss the tolling industry. Jonathan became a valued member of THEA's team, and I am confident that he has a successful career path ahead of him. Jonathan had a variety of responsibilities from data entry, to researching electric meter locations, to finding local recycling centers. Each task was accepted with energy, a willingness to do well, and complete it successfully. On one occasion, Jonathan was assigned to calculate traffic averages using a specific set of parameters. He completed the calculations as specified. Upper management made a change in the parameters and all of the calculations had to be recomputed. This occurred three times. In each instance, Jonathan acknowledged the changes and modified the work previously completed. He maintained a positive attitude and completed the task proficiently and professionally.
