The undersigned extends her sincerest gratitude for giving her the opportunity to be Head of General Physical Education and as Coordinator of Sports and Recreation. The thought of having chosen the undersigned for the position is enough and gratifying. Heading the posts has given me meaningful experiences not only as an educator but also as a manager. However, I do believe that the time and effort I devoted to the tasks have curtailed the time I need to spend for my family. It is for this reason that I come to you in all humility to tender my irrevocable resignation as Head of General Physical Education and as Coordinator of Sports and Recreation effective June, 2013 for the reason I have aforementioned. I strongly believe that I still could function well to develop the programs in general physical education, sports and recreation even not as head or coordinator. Knowing that you value most the role of a mother in managing a family, I anticipate your kind attention and approval on this matter. Thank you very much.
