David is so impressed and humbled that the
Three risked their lives to get him water that he pours all of it out in offering to the Lord
Humble: having a feeling of insignificance, inferiority, etc.
This wasn’t just any old water. It was priceless water. Because, Three men were willing to trade their lives for it: their blood for David’s water.
Pouring Out The Water
God cares about what QUALITY we give him
not what we give or how much. The Mighty Three trusted God’s decision to
make David King. They believed David was going to be a great King before he was ever crowned.
They used what they were good at and gave it their all.
