ThankyouforyourpurchaseoftheLEO5highresolutiondigitalpressuregauge.TheLEO5combinesthenotablefea-turesofKeller’ssuccessfulLEO-RecordandLEX1digitalpressuregauges,featuringanIP67-ratedstainlesssteelenclo-sure.Thisrobusthousingcombinescontemporarymicrocontroller-basedelectronicsandcapacitive-touchcontrols,operated through the environmentally-sealed safety glass front panel. The large backlit LCD display ensures readability in anylightingconditions.

Twoselectablemeasurementmodes,standardandpeak,areincludedtoensuremaximumversatility.Instandardmode,high-resolutionpressuremeasurementsaretakentwicepersecond.Whenoperatinginpeakmode,samplingfrequencyincreasesto5kHzwith16bitresolution.

TheLEO5interfaceswithaPCviaUSBconnectivity,allowingaccesstoactivemeasurementsandrecordeddatainclud-ingpressure,peakpressure,temperature,andmeasurementinterval.PCconnectionalsoallowsdeviceconfiguration,firmwareupdates,andrechargingoftheintegralaccumulatorpowersupply.

TheuniquemodulardesignoftheLEO5makespossibleadaptationtocustomer-specificmeasuringrequirements.

1. Toturnonthegauge,pressthe“Select”keyandthenthe“Enter”button.2. Thegaugewillpowerupanddisplayandthepressureandtemperaturereadingswillautomaticallyafterafew secondsofstartuptimeandthegaugeisnowon.3. Toturnoffthegaugepressthe“Select”keytwiceand“OFF”shouldappearandthenpressthe“Enter”button.

VI. Menu Options: 1. Pressthe“Select”key3timesoruntil“MENU”appearsonthescreen.2. Pressthe“Enter”keywhenyouseethe“MENU”optionandyouhaveenteredintothemenuoptions.3. Onceinthemenuoptions,youmaykeepselectingthe“Select”buttontoscrollthroughtheoptions: A. RecordingOnorOff B. PeakPressure/TempStartorStop C. BluetoothOnorOff(additionaloption) D. Onceyouhavefoundyourmenuitemyoumayselectthe“Enter”buttontoselectthatmenuitemtoeitherturn onorofforstartorstop.

Caution! Please allow a second when selecting any items on the gauge. Selecting either button multiple times within a fraction of a second will throw the capacitive logic off and may freeze any functions for that moment.

PeakOn/Off:

Thisfunctionallowstheusertoautomaticallyrecordthepeakpressure/temperatureonthedisplayonly. » Thepeakvalueswillnotberecordedintheinternalmemory,unlesstheunitisin“Record”mode. » Toresetseeoption“G”,Continuousmeasurement.

BluetoothOn/Off(ifequipped):

ThisfunctionallowstheusertowirelesslyconnecttheLEO5toaBluetoothenabledWindows™tabletora PCtotransferdataorlivetimeviewing.

» Dependingonthereceivingdevice,transmissiondistancesarelimitedtoapproximately30feet. » The user can program the device wirelessly.

Zeroreferencepointsetting:

Thezeroreferencepointsettingallowstheusertosetthereferencezeropoint.Thisfunctionisusefulfor users that need a higher than normal zero reference point, i.e., elevated tank level monitoring or to zeroing the gaugeatthatmomentfortesting.Thesecond“Zero”functionzerosthedisplayfromthecurrentpeakmeasure ment, and/or max/min measuring.

Resettingthegauge:

Thisallowstheusertoresetallofthegaugedisplayvariablesbacktofactorysettings. » Pressurewillrevertto“bar”units » Temperature will revert to °C units

Changing the unit of measure:

Tochangetheunitofmeasureyoumustaccessintothemenuoptionsuntilyouseethe“UNIT”.Onceyousee “UNIT”youmustselectthe“Enter”buttononceandthenusethe“SELECT”buttontoscrollthroughtheunitof measure:bar,mbar,kpa,mPa,PSI,KP/cm2,cmH20,mh20,inH20,ftH20,mmHG,inHg,Liter,Hliter,°F,°C.Once youfindtheunitofmeasurethatbestfitsyourapplicationyoucanselectthe“Enter”button.

Caution! Please change the temperature unit of measure before changing the pressure unit of measure.
