Electricity is provided for the convenience of the dealer. 2. Electricity is paid in advance - before plugging in. 3. Electricity hookups are located on the post in every other stall with the exception of “G”, “H”, “I”, “J”, “K”, “L”, “M”, “N” & “O” Buildings. These four buildings have been wired overhead. You will need a heavy duty extension cord to plug in. Once rental has been paid, management will assist you in plugging in if you can not “flat-footedly” plug in. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE CLIMBING ON TABLES! 4. Permanent dealers should tie heavy duty extension cords to the bottom of the rafter with tie straps per the fire marshal. 5. The electricity schedule is set up on 2.0 amps per stall. Anything over 2.0 amps has to be approved by management. After using amp gauge for verification, the rate schedule below will be used to calculate electricity charge. 6. Ampage will be checked under full load daily by management and charged accordingly with schedule below. 7. Dealers may not add any electrical fixtures without managementʼs consent. 8. Extension cords will be of the “heavy duty” type only and at least 25' as well as a surge protector. They need to be arranged so that they are not hazardous to you, other dealers or customers walking through the market. 9. Overloaded circuits are dangerous and will not be tolerated. 10. Management has the right to make any changes in this schedule as necessary. 11. All RVʼs, campers, etc., will be a minimum of $8. 00 /day for hookups, A/C/ usage $8.00 / day (high amperage appliances - not allowed). 12. Anything special, you should consult H. Keller for approval. All fees (including stall rental, extra table rentals and electricity) are paid for in advance on a first-come, first-service basis. No refunds or transfer of stall dates under any circumstances. No telephone / Internet reservations accepted. Subletting of any kind is prohibited. 3. All vendors must present a vaild driverʼs license or official identification. A “Vendor Liability Waiver” must be signed and dated for our liability insurance carrier. Failure will prevent your vending privileges. 4. Some vendors considered “Significant Risk” will be required to provide liability insurance coverage of at least $500,000.00. A copy of this insurance will be filed with the flea market office. Lapsed policies will prevent vending privileges. 5. Any individual or business, renting more than 4 weeks continuously, engaged in retail activity in Georgia is required to have a Georgia Tax ID. Merchandise left on the premises after the license period will be disposed of in the manner chosen by Kellerʼs in the sole discretion of Kellerʼs. Merchandise left on premises will be stored at $35.00 per week for 1 month at which time it will be sold. Labor cost to move merchandise will be added. 7. Some of our stalls leak during thunderstorms. Be sure your merchandise is protected. 8. THE SALE OF COUNTERFEIT OR “KNOCK OFF” MERCHANDISE IS PROHIBITED. IF IT IS PROVEN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE IS COUNTERFEIT OR “KNOCK OFF”, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PRIVILEGE TO SELL. 9. The sale of merchandise will be limited to the boundaries of your rented space only. Any merchandise displayed on an unpaid stall or area is considered property of Kellerʼs Flea Market and will be disposed of in the manner chosen by Kellerʼs in the sole discretion of Kellerʼs. The boundaries are marked with a white line, orange ground markers, or 1/2 post to 1/2 post. No spreading into the aisleways or driveways. Vendors must post return policies in plain sight of customers. Check with office before making any changes to the stall space. 10. KELLERʼS FLEA MARKET CONTROLS ALL FOOD SALE RIGHTS. NO PREPARED FOOD (including hamburgers to cigarettes to candy) WILL BE SOLD. PRODUCE VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES. 11. Management has the right to re-rent stall space if a dealer has not set up by 9:00 AM, unless previous arrangements with the office have been made. "Three Strikes" rule effective 7-5-03. See office for details. 12. No obscene material, alcoholic beverages, fireworks or stolen merchandise are to be sold on the premises. Kellerʼs is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. No over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, dietary pills or supplements are allowed to be sold. No Games-of-Chance orFortune Telling allowed. No handguns. 13. Pet and animal sales are designated in the "G" Bldg. You must maintain a current Chatham Co. Business License and a license with the GA Dept. of Agriculture. A $500,000.00 Liability Insurance Policy must be secured. These licenses will be displayed in your stall. Copies of these documents, along with a valid driver's license, will be kept on file in the flea mkt. office. See office for additional regulations concerning the sale of animals. 14. Animals are required to be healthy and well tended. It is required that tables are covered with vinyl or plastic. A $1.00 surcharge will be assessed to vendors selling feathered animals. It is the vendor's responsibility to keep stalls neat and clean. No animals are allowed to be walked through the flea market. 15. Kellerʼs Flea Market does not guarantee any merchandise sold by the dealers. 16. Storage of vehicles, trailers, etc. is available for active vendors only. We are not in the "long term" storage business. $65.00 per month/ per vehicle. SEE OFFICE FOR DETAILS. 17. Each dealer is responsible for keeping their respective rental areas clean and neat. Merchandise not sold must be removed from premises by vendor. No boxes should be left piled outside of the buildings or stalls. There will be a $35.00 fine for non-compliance. 18. Noise levels will be kept to a minimum. Be considerate of your neighboring dealers. 19. No soliciting is allowed within the flea market. (This includes raffles, palm, card or any other type of fortune telling) Any merchandise sold will be limited to rented stall space. 20. Kellerʼs Flea Market is concerned about the safety & well-being of dealers & customers. If there are any hazards noticed about the market, they should be reported immediately to the office. Any accidents being observed should also be reported ASAP. 21. Dealers are responsible for displaying their merchandise in a safe manner. All injuries or property damages to flea market resulting from merchandise displays will be at the sole expense of the vendor. 22. Children of dealers should be kept in control by their parents. 23. Management has the right to make changes in rates, rules or regulations as necessary. 24. “K”, “N”, “O” Buildings Entrance & Exits - Double doors will be opened for dealers-as well as the general public for passage. Do Not Block. Single doors are for dealers only on a sharing basis. There is no reserved Parking for this building.
