JackEverly is thePrincipalPopsConductorof the National Arts Centre Orchestra,the Indianapolis and Baltimore SymphonyOrchestras and the Naples PhilharmonicOrchestra. He has conducted the LosAngeles Philharmonic at the HollywoodBowl, The New York Pops at Carnegie Halland appears regularly with The ClevelandOrchestra at Blossom Music Center. Thisyearhewillconductover90performancesinmorethan20NorthAmericancities.

As Music Director of the NationalMemorial Day Concert and A CapitolFourth on PBS, he proudly leads theNational Symphony Orchestra in thesecelebrations. Originally appointed byMikhail Baryshnikov, Mr. Everly wasconductor of the American Ballet Theatre(ABT) for 14 years, where he served asMusic Director. In addition to his ABTtenure,heteamedwithMarvinHamlischonBroadwayshowsthatMr.Hamlischscored.

In 1998, Jack Everly created theSymphonic Pops Consortium, serving asMusic Director. The Consortium, based inIndianapolis, produces new theatrical popsprograms, including this season’s All that Jazz: The Music of Kander & Ebb.

Mr. Everly is a proud resident of theIndianapoliscommunityandwhennotonthepodium you can find him at home with hisfamilywhichincludesMaxthewonderdog.

Michael Cavanaugh is the New Voice ofthe American Rock & Roll Songbook. Acharismatic performer, musician and actor,madefamousforhispiano/leadvocalsintheBroadwayMusicalMovin’ Out.

Mr. Cavanaugh began playing at ageseven, when his parents bought their firstpiano.Encouragedbyfamilyandfriends,andinspiredbyhisheroBillyJoel,Michaelformedhisfirstbandatageten.InJanuary1999,hereceived an offer that would unknowinglychange his life, with an opportunity toplay Las Vegas at the famed New York,NewYorkHotelandCasino.ItwastherethatBilly Joel spotted him and joined him onstage one fateful night in February 2001.It only took two songs before Billy wasconvinced that he had found his newPianoMan,MichaelCavanaugh.

He closed up shop at the New York,New York and moved to New York City toworkalongsideBillyJoelandTwylaTharp,toshapetheBroadwayMusicalthatwouldbecalledMovin’ Out.

Heappearedintheshowforthreeyearsand over 1,200 performances, receivingaccolade after accolade, which culminatedin 2003 with both GRAMMY® and TonyAwardnominations.

Additional professional duties haveincluded bracing the backstage doorsagainst the almighty power of RichardStrauss, Yannick Nézet-Séguin and the airconditioningsystematMontreal’sLaMaisonSymphonique, guest conducting the NACOrchestrainrehearsalfortheBlack & White Opera Soiree, providing air-guitar supportduring the Led Zeppelin tribute concert,shepherdingnumerouschorusestoandfromtherehearsalhall,backstagelip-synchingtotheClassicalMysteryTour’sBeatles Tribute,utilisinghercreativeVancouverFrenchwiththe combined choral and orchestral forcesin Mahler’s Eighth Symphony, teaching thecompany of Disco Days and Boogie Nights how to curl, and duck wrangling for theMysteriosoPopsconcert.

SheisexcitedtobeteachingEnglishthissemesteratAdultHighSchool.
