We fully appreciate the importance of pre & post sale support and to this end employ over fifty highly qualified & factory trained engineers utilising the latest digital test equipment and operating from a fully equipped, modern workshop. They have in excess of ten million shillings of spares at their disposal.

Our Service Engineers undergo rigorous training both locally and overseas and are comparable to factory employed engineers (but at a fraction of the price).

Teams of engineers are constantly on the ground providing preventative & curative services in key regions i.e. Central, Western & Coast regions and these teams are further complimented by Satellite Offices in Mombasa and Western Region.

Up-Stream Transient Voltage Surge Suppression

Most lightning strikes are multi-stroke and catastrophic, with a typical single flash containing four or more strokes. These transients can enter an electrical system at significant levels, working through the facility on any exposed conductor or path. They easily enter the facility through power lines and wiring. TVSS are used for protecting equipment against such electrical surges and spikes.

Traditional Room-Wide Precision Cooling systems offer a cost effective solution for Low and Medium Density Data Centres and typically utilise a false floor.

They are available in both Direct Expansion (Refrigerant) and Chilled Water with optional Humidity Control. Although preferred, it is not necessary to situate them in the Data Centre if space is an issue.

In-Row Precision Cooling systems closely couple the cooling to the heat load and is thus far more efficient and predictable than Room-Wide cooling systems. Additionally In-Row Precision Cooling lends itself to “Pay as You Grow” incremental investment strategies.

In-Row Precision Cooling systems are available in both Direct Expansion (Refrigerant) and Chilled Water and are the perfect solution for Modern-Day Medium to High Density Data Centres.
