• There are many options for the role that a student can assume; the same is true for an instructor. Below is a list of roles from which learners and instructors can choose.

ROLES OF A TEACHER

1.1. LECTURER LECTURER - Presents knowledge and information to students via lectures/ presentations.

2.2. EXPERTEXPERT - Exhibits a history of creating new knowledge; knows an area or field better than many others.

3.3. RESOURCE PROVIDER RESOURCE PROVIDER - Functions as a source of information for a given body of knowledge.

4.4. FACILITATOR AND COUNSELOR FACILITATOR AND COUNSELOR -giving support and guidance

5. CO-LEARNER5. CO-LEARNER -learning together with the students.6. REVIEWER 6. REVIEWER - critically evaluates and provides feedback on
