Factors to considerAnd analysis for 1,2 and 3.

• Climate : EXTREMELYwindy because of itsspaces opened up to foursides. Wind comes fromthe different directions sothat it was hard to defineexactly where the windcomes from. Installationwould be wind-safe, solidor light flowing material soit can endure the hardpressure from the differentweathers.

• Geography: Rough andslanted and made me like Iam climbing the mountain. If the installation set here, Ithink it Is good to see itfrom the bottom part toupward.

• Infrastructural existingphysical conditions

(What are the boundaries?): The space is in thegarden back of the architecturedepartment in the BatmaleBuilding of CCSF. Nothingsurrounds the space except forsome fences at the edge orsome trees. There are soccerfields right next to the place butit is separated by the road. It iscompletely feels free and fresh.

Page 28: Learning portfolio final

Factors to considerAnd analysis for 1,2 and 3.

• Climate : Wind is blocked by the wall as shown on the picture, so the weather will not be a huge problem on installing. Since the sun directly shine up from the right wall-free zone, the shadow come along clearly with the wall.

• Geography : Flat space allowing a plenty of free spaces for installing. It has wall that installation can be hold up tightly up and down.

• Infrastructural existing physical conditions

(What are the boundaries?) : There is pathway to the exit of building connected to the spaces. Any installation here would not be huge to block up the pathway.
