Summer Requirements
• Districts shall offer a minimum of 50 hours per subject of intense and focused instruction in ELA and math.
• Districts must have a written attendance policy that explains how many of the required 50 hours constitute attendance.–Students must attend 80% of the
required hours equal to 40 hours.

Paperwork GuidelinesStudents must initial sign-in calendar in the correct date. Pencils are allowed for students only.Correct dates must be used.Forms must returned in correct order to expedite processing.All forms must be submitted by deadline.
