These individuals provide feedback on the candidate’s performance via an email with a link to the survey.

The ra@ngs from the peer, direct report and customer/client categories are confiden@al. The ra@ngs are compiled into an aggregate score and are not provided unless at least three individuals from a group have completed the survey.

Once all the surveys have been received a thorough and detailed report is provided along with a Development Guide offering recommenda@ons for improvement.

The LeadershipAgilityProfile™360 process is simple, secure and confiden@al.

The candidate completes a self-evalua@on and also selects individuals from the categories that make up the 360 circle: Supervisor(s), peers, direct reports. Clients or customers can also be asked to par@cipate.

The Leadership Agility Profile™ 360 Report is combined with an extensive development guide organized by the leadership agility competencies for recommended development ac@vi@es. The assessment report is organized into four sec@ons:

• Detailed Item Gap Analysis – Provides a table of comparisons between each of the rater groups and a bar graph gap analysis between the self-score and the average score of all other raters for each of the 75 items.

• Agility Driver sub-category – Provides a table and a bar graph comparison among all the rater groups for the 3 sub-categories of each of the 5 Agility Drivers.

• Summary – Provides a summary table with the Driver and sub-category scores for self and the average of all other raters.

• Qualita@ve Summary – Provides verba@m comments provided by raters on the strengths, development needs and recommenda@ons.

Each dimension is described at four levels, where level one is the most basic, and level four is the highest level of complexity. The levels are cumula@ve, which means that a person who is opera@ng at level four can also operate at levels one, two and three. Level one does not mean “poor,” rather it is a valid level at which to operate in certain posi@ons. For each dimension, you will find the following informa@on:

• The dimension’s @tle which describes the cluster of behaviors • A short descrip@on of the dimension • Exemplar behaviors which provide a further understanding of what each

level means • Descrip@ons of the four mastery levels, explaining how the competency is

displayed at varying levels of complexity and skill • Three suggested development ac@vi@es for each level. These ac@vi@es

enhance/develop your ability to fully demonstrate competency at that level

• Consequences of over-reliance on the dimension. This is a reminder that use of the skill or demonstra@on of the behavior should be balanced. Overuse of a skill or behavior can also limit effec@veness and success.

The LAP is based on TheAgileModel® which was derived from mul@disciplinary research from the public and private sectors in the

areas of Total Quality Management (e.g. Malcolm Baldrige Na@onal Quality Award), Manufacturing Agility (e.g. Agility Forum), Confidence (e.g., Rosebeth Moss Kanter), Employee Engagement (e.g., The Gallup Organiza@on), Innova@on (e.g., Center for Crea@ve

Leadership), and Predic@ve Analy@cs (e.g., Thomas Davenport). Academic research from Dr. Lee Dyer (Cornell), Dr. Don Sull (London Business School), Dr. Ed Lawler (USC) and Dr. Yves Doz (INSEAD) provided many of the theore@cal underpinnings for the LAP.

ResearchSupportforTheAgileModel®:

Independent research by organiza@onal psychologists at an organiza@onal research firm was conducted on the Agile Model’s psychometric proper@es and provided evidence of the reliability and validity of the LAP. When factor analyzed, the five drivers of the

LAP (An@cipate Change, Generate Confidence, Ini@ate Ac@on, Liberate Thinking and Evaluate Results) are dis@nct factors and highly reliable. Also, when regressing the outcome-related items on A-G-I-L-E factors, the factors account for 60% of the variance. The LAP

has a reliable scale of five dis@nct factors (each with a Coefficient Alpha above .90 where .75 is the minimum required to demonstrate

reliability.) The research also indicated that the outcome related items had a Coefficient Alpha of .819.
