• Develop, adjudicate, and revise contractor work breakdown structures and cost data collection plans to
ensure continued availability of high-quality cost data on major MDA programs
• Validate contractor-submitted cost data for technical accuracy, robust documentation, and correct
programmatic context
• Communicate the importance of high-quality cost data and improvements to MDA cost data to internal
and external stakeholders and the cost estimation industry via briefings and white papers
• Define requirements and provide cost data subject matter expertise for ongoing development of MDA
cost database; designed initial proof-of-concept MS Access database to normalize MDA cost, schedule,
and technical data
• Develop and review statistical models based on historical cost data
• Support MDA/CP analysts with data and research gathered from MDA and DoD libraries and databases
• Manage and mentor one junior analyst to ensure delivery of high-quality products to the government
