Contemporary. Urban. One of a kind.
Developing a contemporary, chic winery hotel in Los Angeles allows the void to be filled between the popular wine-growing regions of California and the city of LA, which is currently the largest wine market in the country. By locating the winery hotel in the middle of the legendary Sunset Strip, it will establish a bold, unique wine experience and culture that is true to LA. The winery hotel aims to attract both, men and women aged 25 to 45 years old, and will cater to tourists, locals, and celebrities alike - wine enthusiast or not.

NEXT University
Organic. Cutting Edge. Collaborative.
NEXT University is a cutting-edge, efficient university created with design inspiration from butterflies. By incorporating the colors, form, patterns, and life stages of butterflies into the design of the NEXT university, a collaborative, yet intimate, environment is created. This type of environment encourages students and staff to choose their most successful style of learning, whether it be individually or with a group. Providing options and comfort is important for higher education design and is proven to be achievable by using Steelcase furniture.
